Every store feels like it should come with a mortgage broker. This is less a shopping mall, more a Hunger Games arena for parking spots. Malls are dying. Across America, food courts are ghost towns, escalators are monuments to the '90s, and indoor fountains are just breeding grounds for pennies and regret. But somehow, Town Center at Boca Raton refuses to die -- in fact, it thrives. Like a mall vampire, it feeds on Boca attitude and Gucci bags, and it's not going anywhere. Opened in 1980, Town Center has been the luxury hub of Palm Beach County ever since. It started as a standard suburban mall, but it quickly grew into a temple of consumerism -- now anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom. It's the kind of place where you can buy a Tesla, a Tiffany ring, and a Cinnabon in one lap. Walking through here, you realize Boca has a particular mall flavor: retirees in linen suits, teenagers TikToking in front of Louis Vuitton, and moms power-walking like they're in training for the mall Olympics. The food court? Surprisingly solid. The shops? High-end enough to make your credit card cry. The parking? A war zone that makes Black Friday look like a picnic. Town Center is proof malls aren't dead -- they're just on life support powered by Saks. You don't shop here, you audition for a lifestyle. Town Center at Boca Raton is a rare beast: a mall that's not only alive but thriving. It's got history, luxury, chaos, and a heavy dose of Boca attitude. You'll come for the shopping, stay for the people-watching, and leave wondering how your credit card bill got higher than your rent. Town Center is where wallets go to lose weight.

This mall has everything. It has so many designer stores that you don't find in ordinary malls. It's also very clean and well maintained. They have a ton of restaurants and cafes throughout the mall too and a bunch of places to sit and hang out. I also noticed a lot of people come here to work out in the mornings.

The gentleman who was rude to me and the name of the kiosk.

This kiosk at Town Center Mall near the Apple Store is a rip off. I ended up getting a case for my friend, and I was told that I had a magnetic charger which was a complete lie as she had to remove the case in order to charge her phone. On top of that they sell fake boo-boos and tell you that it's the real deal. They would not issue me a refund or do an exchange on the case instead they told me I have to pay full price on a new one, even though I got it a couple days earlier. This is the gentleman that was rude.

I've been here many times, but one thing I really like about this place is that you can grab some food and go sit somewhere else. So right next to the Starbucks, do you have a bunch of chairs and a bunch of tables for you to sit with you and your family. The chairs are pretty comfortable too, I like to grab ice cream and go sit with my wife and just relax because it's a lot quieter. The mall is huge and there are shops for anyone and everyone

Bought this awesome dress for my brunch.

This mall has all the stores you need to buy everything and anything for all occasions. Apple Store and Tesla store here as well. Bought this hot dress at Forever 21.... My brunch date would enjoy it... :)))

The Boca Town Center opened forty years ago and is still considered the place to shop for a variety of reasons but mainly since they offer high-end stores. I've been coming here for years and enjoy the cleanliness of the mall with a decent food court. The mall feels more expensive than others but it really depends on which stores you enter. I always browse the Louis Vuitton and Saks Fifth Avenue here.

So many new shops here. I'm not a big mall person, but I do like to shop and I'll come here just to walk around see what's new and to get out of the heat. Plenty of free parking all around the mall. There's wevalet in the front by True Kitchen, another by Neiman Marcus, and one by Saks. A wide range of stores from Cartier to Hollister there's something here for every price point. Great people watching. My only issue is the food court. Nothing special here could use a major upgrade.

My mom and I enjoyed the cozy vibe in here, the food tasted great and had huge portions so we have leftovers to take home, and Dan gave us excellent service, thank you! The menu has nice selections too.

I'm thrilled to be invited to participate in the taste of the town center. We valet parked the car and met Sophie and Sarah upon entering. I was given a Town Center, Boca bag with a yeti insulated coffee mug and a passport. I showed my passport at the Capital Grille, Blue Dog, True Food Kitchen, Bazille, Maggie McFly eatery, and Laboulangerie. I spun the wheel and was given a $50 gift card to Capital Grill. We were divided into two groups and started our dining adventure. We met Bobby at the Capital Grille, who gave us a vodka, pineapple drink, a tour of the kitchen & meat refrigerator & we finished the tour with a Cabernet, steak and potatoes. At True Food Kitchen we had a endame wonton soup , green drink and tuna tartare on a corn chip. Everything was delicious and flavorful. At Bazille in Nordstrom we were treated to crab bisque, Roma tomato basil soup, heirloom tomatoes & burrata, wild salmon with saffron couscous, and steak with asparagus & fingerling potatoes by Chef Ben. The goodie bags were appreciated with the wooden spoon, cutting board & special cookie. At Maggie McFly's, we started with eggroll samplers, chicken & lettuce wraps . Chicken Bolognese and seafood jambalaya, followed. This was such a fun family restaurant with a big sports bar. The shirts are great, love the swag, just wonderful! La Boulangerie was hidden in a corner that I've never seen before. We felt like we were in France with beautiful croissants, elephant, ears, and even empanadas. There were frozen packaged goods to bring home. I started with the cold & pomegranate dragon fruit coconut drink. My prosciutto and burrata avocado toast was delicious. We ended with flavored croissants. I asked for a to go box because I don't know where I'm going to put all of this. The beautiful quality mug and pastry to go will be enjoyed. Our last stop was the Blue Dog Cookout and Bar. It was dark and intimate with big screens projecting racy videos. A warm basket of popovers with sweet jalapeño butter was placed on each table. A sour and also a sweet citrusy cocktail were sampled. A plate came with short ribs over mashed, truffle mushroom gnocchi, and salmon tartare. Just when I thought I was going to burst crème brûlée, cheesecake, and a fruit tart. came to our table and it is perfect. Besides meeting such fun, wonderful new friends, Sarah gave us background information about the Boca Town Center. This was such a special event; I'm honored to have been included. Each restaurant gave us gift certificates to come back again, and I can't wait to peruse the menus when I'm not stuffed.

If you have never been to Town Center At Boca Raton. Or if you have been there and have never tried the restaurants on the property, you do not know what you are missing. I visited the property yesterday and did have an opportunity to sample the quality of the food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of all I was served. The Town Center offers a wide variety of food and drinks that can take you from breakfast through supper and I assure you that you will not be disappointed . The selection of food, drinks and beverages will give you a lot of pleasure. It is with deep gratitude that I thank the marketing staff of the Town Center, as well as all of the staff of the restaurants that we had a chance to visit. I want to thank Melodie of the West Palm Beach Yelp who has helped guide me and made me a much better reviewer then when I first thought of writing a review. I also want to thank Patty W. and Emmie A. who were both in the group that I traveled in and were kind enough to answer all of the questions that I had. I am including some pictures of the quality items that were served.

The renovation project was spearheaded by developer Lou Moshakos who runs Oceanic and Lucky Fish Pompano. Mosakos has many fond memories of knocking back drinks with his wife after working at the Seafood Shanty. When the restaurant came up for sale he decided to purchase and restore it. Changes to the restaurant include a new chef and Key West style makeover of the tiki bar. The largest and most well known restaurant is Two George's; great for relaxing with an adult beverage on the water. There's also a family owned Italian restaurant called Antonio's, Sticky Bun for breakfast & lunch, Modern Rose Teahouse, Kava Lounge, French & Mexican restaurants, and American Rock Bar & Grill. There is something for everyone, so I can assure you that you won't go hungry. Many of the restaurants are dog friendly which I think is awesome especially since I plan on adopting another fur baby soon. Saving the best for last; my favorite restaurant in the plaza is Casa Maya. They serve the most delicious Mexican food and there is a small bar if you want to pop in for a margarita. It gets pretty loud but the food is worth it.
