I just noticed they had a previous review deleted .. about 6 months ago I left a review about how they take "round up" all payments made with card.. they don't have a P.O.S system so they charge us like if we were using an ATM machine .. on an ATM machine you can't get $77.59.. so when u pay with a card, they round up the charge to $80 ( like if u were withdrawing from an ATM)... and if u don't notice. They will keep the money.. so not only you pay high taxes on the products , u also are getting ripped of the "change back" you don't even know u should get.. No one was behind me so I was going to order one for pick up there but needed my med card back. I wanted for the staff to come back and informed her I needed my card to make the order. At this point someone pulled up behind me. She only gave me my med card back. I stopped and mentioned that to my friend then Pulled around back to submit my order. When I got back to the window I gave them my med card and they asked for my license. I said you guys have my license. They were persistent that they gave it back and they have it on camera. There was no way I had my id. The staff we're accusatory and in no way apologetic. They kept referencing cameras so I said good you can see that I handed it to you and haven't left the property and now it's gone. I told them they could come outside and see that it was not in my car. Someone came out and they found my id in their drive thru. No one apologized. I left without picking up my order. I go back today (months later) to give them a second change despite the poor service that day. I was told I was banned for treatment of staff. Interesting way to resolve the issue of them losing my id, pointing blame, and lack of quality service. I was told I can come back and talk to the manager. I won't be back.
