We have bought mods disposable and juices and many devices over those years. But recently we went in and just bought 3 disposables. 2 for 16 dollars each and 1 for 10 dollars. Common math tells me that the total should be approximately 42 dollars not including taxes. We chose to use some points because we found out that they expire last time we were in the establishment. So the lady at the counter said ok we have applied your points and the total is 28 dollars. We put our card in and started the payment. Then i realized wait how many points applied? She said it could only use 30. So at this point 30 plus the 28 in my head says im paying 58 dollars. So I am paying 58 dollars for 42 dollars worth of merchandise. The lady at the establishment had smoked a few too many bowls to understand where I was perplexed. So I traveled straight to the other store about a mile down the street. I went in with the merchandise and the reciept and told that lady to check the totals for me. Unbelievably the items even though the shelf price was the same they totalled an even greater amount on the register. It was just over 60 dollars. She said she could not assist with the error but definitely agreed the math does not math. So we reached out to corporate. They have tried to discredit math and say that we are wrong in our calculations. But I have the reciept to prove that they say 15.98 and 15.98 and 9.98 totals 55 dollars and some change so maybe they are using a different kind of math then I was taught but I definitely wont be shopping in a place that steals money from customers any more.

So I tell her the guys that were there yesterday were way more helpful. And she stutters and says well idk so then I ask her what flavors they have at the bottom and she explains and long and behold they have another pink one. My biggest issue was the last time I went in, all of the testers had REALLY high nic (9-12mg), which kills pretty much all the flavor for me (and burns). Staff is usually mildly friendly, but the general vibe always seems more of a 'friends of staff' atmosphere, so I don't usually linger.
