Riversport is the coolest place in OKC with many activities including the Flowrider wave. The staff is super nice and accommodating. They always make sure the customers are helped out. I wasn't doing great with the heat and they had a medic come check on me and offer me water! read more

We drove all the way from to Houston to kayak here! This is the whitewater course where the canoe and kayak events will be held for the LA Olympics. It was about $33 a day for the kayak pass, which gives you access to the whitewater course. You need to bring your own kayak for this pass, and I'm not sure if they do rentals. It was very fun with an easier and a more difficult course, and there's a conveyor belt that takes you up to the top. While this was fun, I don't think some of the staff were doing their jobs well. There was someone releasing tubers right in front of our boats coming down. They clearly weren't looking out for kayakers beforehand, and this was such a safety issue. Some of the staff at the counter also did not seem to know how to check people in. Before our visit, we called multiple times during their business hours, but they never answered. read more

We love Riversport! It's an all day adventure, you cannot get bored here! The rafting is so much fun, the crew is exceptional and I love the vibe of the whole place. The season pass is the way to go. You can do everything plus have added excursions! I like the kayaking options. I do wish the tubing system they had the first few years was how they did it now. We took our 20 students on a class trip, and it was a very good afternoon. The fajita lunch option was tasty, and when mealtime was over, the drinks and cookies stayed out for us to demolish! They had a nice welcome on the view screens for us. I recommend that you ski before doing anything where you get wet. The workers were just lovely, friendly people. They were so helpful to me and the students when we were learning how to surf. I really want to give a shoutout to an employee named Hannah, I think. She really went above and beyond to help my student feel comfortable after wiping out while surfing, even sharing a story of something that happened to her. She said it was her 5th year working here. Quite outstanding. And the fact that she could take the time to do that says so much about the rest of the team she worked with. Everyone must be very trustworthy, professional, dependable. If there was any kind of workplace drama, the guests would never have a clue! The whole flowrider team made it really fun for the students, encouraging them to try new challenges and tricks. We had such a great time here. Make sure to set aside at least 4 hours to go though most of the things. The rafting instructors are amazing a very knowledgeable. We also got a chance to do the sky trail. It was nice. Next time we go back we will do some of the flat water rafting and def tube some more. $10 for a locker. I suggest grabbing a locker inside if you're not going to keep your items in the car. We tried an outside locker it it had a bunch of bugs in it . I visited the waterpark for my bday. The water sports are great for adults, everything else is pretty much aimed for kids. The metal slide gave me a minor burn and was not pleasant. I think I paid $70, which you're pretty much paying for the raft and tubing. It would've been A LOT better if they had snowboarding. Not too crowded which was great. read more

As a native Oklahoman and outdoor enthusiast, I am beyond happy to see something like this brought to Oklahoma City! Riversport offers tubing, whitewater rafting and kayaking, surfing indoor skiing, flat water kayaking and park boarding, and a lot more! In June 2023, we paid 59.95 for a day pass allowing us access to everything but the surfing (not working at this time). First encounter was a rough one as the front desk workers were not completely knowledgeable of how to get access to lockers which given it was our first time we didn't either. We started the day off doing the tubing both with the family tube and single. The single tube resulted in alot more flipping out and into the water. Remember to float! Don't try to stand up. We enjoyed the rafting alot but they only allow you to go one time with the day pass. After this one visit I am definitely considering a season pass, it'll be worth it after about 4 visits! read more

This place was a fun adventure in the hot temperatures. So 3 stars let me explain. The River rafting it self was a blast! The guy running the line and teaching the rafts was super kind and made sure that he paired groups accordingly. Our guide was Tony and he was very knowledgeable and encouraging. He was calm and as we turned from side to side instructed us in the proper techniques so we wouldn't fall in. The rest of the park was not great, I felt like it was run by summer hell who were not trained. Nobody could really answer questions and the desk to check in took forever. I did not feel confident that if we fell in while paddle boarding or kayaking that they could have helped much. I wanted to zip line and I had downgraded one of the raft rides, I asked if you could zip line because that was the second activity I wanted to do, I was told that I could but it actually made it an upgrade. So, pay the 79.99 if you want the maximum activity. I bought the 54.99 package. The food system was not very sanitary and the guy mixed up the ordered and the customers were standing over the orders while looking for theirs and touching trays. The poor kids was sweet but he did not know what to do, I'm not sure if it was a training issue or a short staff issue but he appeared new and unaware. So all said-the River-raft and tubes seemed the most knowledgeable and educated/trained the rest was enjoyable but just on your own, we were not knowledgeable on the other water activities so next time we will know better. You do get life jackets and helmets. They are sanitized. read more

I signed up for one of their Discovery classes - Discover Kayaking. Is Spears wanted to go kayaking but hasn't done it and it was so fun. At first I keep pulling to the right and they showed me what I was doing wrong and so I corrected it and got going there right way. They keep coming to explain how to do things better. Great place to create memories whether on a date, having a family day or bonding with the team! Rafting was a blast! Great way to bond with others. However, if you don't listen to instructions don't go because this is totally a team activity. Just sayin'! Tubing was another fun activity. You have the choice to go tubing by yourself with a group of 4. We did the group one, twice! The sky zone is a good way to test your trust and face your fears. The best part are the 3 different slides! If you enjoy small rollercoasters or mini thrill rides, you'll appreciate the slides. Zip lining was closed due to the Oklahoma winds and we didn't try the kayaking this time but we have done both in the past and enjoyed the activities. Fun things for everyone to do...oh...and be prepared to get wet! Wear closed toe shoes but bring flip flops, towels and water to have on hand afterwards. You can rent lockers for $5 or $10. This review is based on our time at the pump track and mountain bike skills course. This a free area at riversport OKC. If you only plan to stay in the bike area be sure to tell the parking attendant, because it is free to park in this area. This is a great family friendly bike park to visit. There is a small bike track that worked great for my toddler and his strider bike. The pump track is great and wonderful for practice when the Yukon BMX raceway is closed. The area that has mountain bike features is also a great practice area. The only downside, there is a TON of broken glass EVERYWHERE. read more

Totally thought this was a water park with a bunch of activities to do... we paid for the day pass to do whitewater rafting, SUP and kayak. The girl at the counter didn't have any answers to any of our questions. There's no real direction on where to get anywhere and most people were not helpful and didn't know anything. The whitewater rafting is a single loop that you do a total of 3 times. It was fun, but had higher expectations that there was more whitewater and different loops to make not the same short one over and over. Then the SUP and kayaks were closed for the day. They weren't willing to refund us so we basically paid for the day pass to spend 45 min there. Pretty lame park, better for kids than adults. Not worth the money. read more

We went here on a Monday and they were surprisingly busy. However they are able to manage the lines well. The staff is super friendly and very professional. We went to the wrong line for the surfing because we didn't know the difference. We found out when we were next in line and the staff politely informed us of the line difference after we took our turn. Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing and the place is very well run. The two complaint we have are (1) the rides are not all open at 11 am. Some of them open at 12, 1 or 2 and (2) the black run was closed so the tubing experience was not as fun because of the shorter run. Our suggestion: we wish they have a swim area where people can just lounge and soak in the water if they don't want to do any of the activities but not just sit on the benches. read more

I had never been here before but live nearby and purchased a season pass in wintertime when they were half off. So far, I've found it to be an excellent value. I come here all the time. The gym is outstanding and has everything you need. The rowing machines are really nice with video screens where you can row through various rivers around the world. The gym is never busy or crowded. Many times, I've been the only one there. Their Facebook page is a valuable resource for finding out what is going on around Riversport. They post events like family free rowing classes, outdoor movie nights and special events and competitions. Rafting and tubing are my favorite activities to do there. The tubing is a real experience - it's definitely not some ho hum lazy river. One thing that has really stuck out to me and keeps me coming back is how friendly and nice all the staff is. Sometimes at gyms and places where you are new and don't know anything the employees are not as welcoming or helpful. This is not the case at Riversport. Everyone I've met there has been super helpful and encouraging to me in trying new things. I just visit on my own but I feel like this would be a great place to go for families with older kids or teenagers. If you have a membership you can bring a friend free on Mondays and my 12 year old niece loves it here. There are many different activities for all ages and skill levels and the equipment there is top notch. I would never go out and buy something like a One Wheel, but with my Riversport pass I can try one out whenever I want. They also have sailing classes and kayaks and all sorts of cool equipment available to use. I've found Riversport to be an excellent value for what they offer and if you live in Oklahoma City you should definitely take advantage of this unique and exciting resource. II read more

I'm from Orange County and there is nothing like this out there! The river was clean, refreshing and service was friendly. The location is impressive and nice! My BF and I chose paddle boarding and sadly the board that I got didn't have a sail so it made it hard to paddle board the entire time. We told the people at the front desk about it afterwards and their response was "oh yeah, the sails are just disappearing" -- just a TIP: make sure your equipment works before going out. If you've never been to the Regatta and Paddlemania Festival, mark it on your calendar for next year! Its a relaxing fun event to watch and cheer on the competitors. I spent two days out here and must say all staff and competitors are happy to share their knowledge of what is happening and where is the best vantage point. Watching kayakers drop 20 feet off a bridge into the white water and race to the finish line was amazing. The Build Your own Boat event stirred the brain cells to action trying to come up with a boat that would make it down the rapids, cardboard is not it! Laughter, excitement and a friendly atmosphere made this the perfect event! read more

Prices are through the roof here! So I'd suggest if you get the "Day pass" go EARLY and get your moneys worth. We went later in the day so we pretty much payed $58 bucks per person to go down the river maybe 4 times LOL it's literally a 3 min run down stream.....HOWEVER,We did have a blast!! Luke and Ryan made sure we had a safe and unforgettable experience during our tubing adventure. PLEASE follow their safety instructions because you will need em. Those guys were AWESOME!!! My 1 star is not bc of any major issues... Only problem I have is paying 80 dollars a piece... To slide down a slide and play on a inflatable for a few hours in between two 15 minute white water rafting sessions. I can go to a gigantic amusement park or water park or as in Louisiana, I can get both at blue bayou for 40 dollars. 80 dollars is a rip off for the lack of amusement. One extra large playground, white water rafting... Only can go twice if you pay 50 for 80 you get to go twice and a zip line. I don't see how you charge the price of major amusement parks with attractions from city park. Rip off! Don't waste your money. Go to the water park here or frontier city. read more

It's rare that I take the time to write a review, but this felt necessary. My husband and I purchased season passes to Riversport OKC in May. We both love being active outdoors so it seemed like a good investment. However, we've had a few unsatisfactory experiences here that have tarnished this place in my mind. 1 - The disorganization. Granted, the website has been redone and is now easier to understand. So that's a plus I guess. But every time we've tried to paddle board there has been a long wait and no clear way of discerning whose turn it is. This is incredibly frustrating, as we bought passes thinking we could use the equipment more or less at will. 2 - The general run down vibe of the place. The rafting attraction is neat, and the new surf machine is fun. But the rest of the park feels run down. The grounds need some major attention. 3 - The danger of the rapids. Our experience today is the major reason that I don't think we will be renewing our passes next year. As a person who loves adventure and who believes we live in an overly-coddled society, I'm comfortable with the idea of calculated, healthy risk. But my experience on the tubing activity today went beyond taking a "fun" risk. Let me preface this with saying that I don't remember NOT knowing how to swim. I have always been an extremely strong swimmer, I know how to surf, and I've lived and worked on boats. I am not afraid of the water, period. While waiting in line for the afternoon tubing experience, my family and I were watching other visitors going down the tube rapids. In a span of about 30 minutes, we witnessed at least 4 injuries that drew blood. The worst was a man who flipped off his tube and was thrown about in the rapids. When he walked past us on the way up, he had a bloody nose and large, bloody scratches all over his body. The other injuries we witnessed were cuts, scratches, and red abrasions. When it was our turn to tube, the first ride down went ok. My husband flipped and banged his shin on the concrete bottom of the rapids, but he was fine. We decided to go again. This time, I flipped. No problem, I thought. "Nose up, toes up" like the guides tell you. Fine, but as the water carried me downstream, my legs, shins, and backside scraped along the concrete bottom. I tried to keep my feet up, but doing so made me scrape along the concrete. I couldn't stay on my back because water was rushing into my nose and mouth, causing me to swallow water and cough. As the current carried me, I was terrified of slamming into one of the blue barriers, or going down a rapid and slamming into the concrete floor. I had no control over where I would end up as I floated down the river. Eventually I was helped out of the water by a staff member, but the whole experience was frightening and painful. I have a large "raspberry" on my hip where I was dragged across the concrete bottom, as well as several small cuts on my legs. As I said, I am not afraid of water and can swim well, but the shallow water and the many potential underwater collision points make this a terrible place for tubing. The management really needs to re-evaluate this activity before someone gets seriously injured. Seeing multiple people come out of the water with bloody injuries should certainly be a warning sign that perhaps this attraction is less "controlled adrenaline seeking" in a moderately safe environment and more likely a thrill attraction that is poorly managed with too much risk to guests. read more

I've attended events at Riversport. They host live music and food trucks sometimes. This is a great view of the district and waterfront activities. I recommend trying white water rafting or participating in some of the other fantastic outdoor activities the district plays host to. But, if you're like me and enjoy watching, this is a great place to do that, as well! read more

This place has a lot of cool things to offer, when everything is open. They had half the adventures closed. It's hard to pay $50 when you can't do half the things available. The lines were really long for everything that you could do. My kids got passed over several times while the employee allowed it to happen. They had to wait double due to that fact. And not to mention it's 100 degrees. On the white water rafting the guide got lost trying to find his boat and took so long that the kids were only able to go around 2 instead of the 3 times they were suppose to. I really enjoy this place (for the activities, only). Today is my second time here and sadly I'm inclined to leave a less than positive review. The rafting crew/guides are great. The Big Water Grill is abysmal. My group arrived about 1.5 hours early and decided to grab a quick bite before hitting the rapids. After waiting over 1 hr for (2) burgers to be made, I went back to the counter and asked about my order. I was within 10 minutes of my rafting reservation. I was informed that they hadn't begun making our food and it would be another hour. I wasn't alone at the time there were three other groups who were missing food. The kitchen staff is inept and management needs to reevaluate their priorities. I came back in after my rafting trip (1 hour later) and the mounds of problems seemed to compound. The odd thing is the food court area wasn't busy. I think the staff might not be trained well enough to handle customer service. Please fix yourselves. read more

All I can really review is the zip line because that's all I did and it was great. It is some work getting to the top so be prepared. There is plenty to do here for kids and active people. There is not much here in the way of food or drink, so put a ice chest in your trunk. There is probably a snack bar somewhere but I didn't see it. We did a double date today and although the only really fun thing we did was the rafting, it was so much fun!! the two people that made this entire thing so much fun was beth the bartender, her personality and everything was amazing, so glad she works there and then 100% Carter who was our raft guide. Riversport pass = best summer fun!!! Kayaking, paddleboarding, zip lining, ~13 miles of walking/running/biking trails, obstacle course in the sky and fun games for the kids! Movie nights in the park are a fun new summer addition. If you're not a part of their Corporate rowing league then you're really missing out on some of the most fun in downtown OKC!! Love the community feel you get from being a part of the boathouse and their competitively fun regattas! Lots of construction on the coast which means fun things are ahead. Planned a weekend birthday trip here with my family. It was fun. But not $50 fun. We did the Riversports Day Pass in order to do the rafting. Make sure you bring proper shoes! Thank goodness I had water shoes that I got on amazon for $13 because to rent one of theirs is $8. Rafting was fun. We got to go around 4 times. BRING CASH TO TIP YOUR GUIDE! He "surfed" us and that was the highlight of the experience. The belt that brought us to the top broke down so we waited until they got it going again. Wanting to zip lining but no one told us we needed a special harness to do it so we did the skywalk just to go down a slide. Wanted to go back but it was a 2 hour wait at that point. Waiting to go kayaking was disappointing. That area was unorganized. We stood around to wait for a kayak because they only had very few since they rented it out from class. But got skipped by someone who came after us (didn't have an epic pass to even skipped us). It's because they don't have a line to place people in order. read more

My family went last night for the "Floating Films" showing of Jaws. We had a great time and the venue was really well managed and put together. Our biggest issue was that we kept floating down stream so you have to paddle and maneuver your way back. (Sometimes disrupting others) I think if they threw a rope across the middle of the pond, each raft/inner-tube could grab on to it and we wouldn't all be readjusting all the time. Or maybe rent out little anchors? I don't have all the ideas just thought I'd mention it. Otherwise it was a great night and neat experience. Thank you for hosting it. read more
