The Doctor, on my initial phone visit, was highly rude. She gave me the vibe she didn't care to be taking my son in as a patient. She had not looked at any of the paperwork and concerns in the paperwork (20+ pages). Basically I had to tell her everything I put into the paperwork and was caught off guard and confused because all this is new to me. That didn't matter to her, she refused to see my son as a patient after being on a waiting list for her office for 6+ months. Now we have to start all over and cant get him evaluated for a year.

The person taking my blood only wore one glove. She'd test for my vein after cleaning my skin with alcohol with the ungloved hand. That's contamination of the site. When I brought it up, nothing was done and she did it again. Who knows what I could have caught with this. Never again.
