They hit tenants with unjustifiable charges, refuse to take accountability for previous damages (even when provided with clear evidence), and operate with zero transparency. My mom and sister had an incident with downstairs neighbors, they pushed our door open and hit my sister, the cops came, filed the report, the neighbors were charged with assault, when I tried to inform Ms Marlene the assistant manager, about the incident, she and the manager just kicked me out of the office saying I am not in the lease term so I shouldn't get in the middle of this. I was helping my senior mother that does not speak english! It's been 2 months now, many calls, many attempts to go to the office and talk to someone, Kim completely ignored and neglected many attempts to remedy the situation. Gorgeous designs internally and I do I do believe the complex has one, two, and three bedroom units. The management company does run background checks on their applications; they have good tenants, residencial benefits, and. the staff has wonderful bedside manners, even the manager of the complexes, has conversation with you. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a nice quiet community living, if you're elderly/disabled, and family oriented. In addition, the organization does run background check and credit checks. I just thought that would be important if there is somebody that might be looking for something that didn't have strick requirements. The complex locations are centered near everything you need like: Banks, shoppin, clothing outlets, and is in EC-Rider justification etc... Trashy, there are a lot of nice people here, don't get me wrong, but the good majority are cringe-worthy, the apartment is very over-priced for the space regardless of being "income living" a house is cheaper than living here but with the house you get a driveway, garage, fenced in backyard, way more space, nicer living space and non-trashy neighbors. Another downside to Addison is that you can't choose where you live, even if you have disabilities, and unlike other apartments where rent is cheaper if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, rent is the same no matter. One more complaint I have is that management is too meek for my comfort, if you have a complaint about a specific neighbor you might as well suck it up because they won't do anything to help the situation no matter how many times you report them.

Katie Manor in Crestview Florida kept my entire $200 deposit which was simply out of revenge for me complaining about them allowing a pitbull continually off a leash and for contacting Animal Control when they would not solve the problem. Come to find out the manager Donna is friends with the woman Rebecca that owns the pit bull. DO NOT lease from these unethical people nor rent from ANY community ran by WRH Realty Company.
