the chiropractic care is wonderful here, but this review is more toward the massage services. I went with very intense pain in my sciatic nerve and saw Darcee. She was amazing! Intuitive, is probably the best word to describe it. She chased down the pain and I went from excruciating pain to very tolerable. On my second visit she worked my neck and shoulders as the primary target areas (my sciatic nerve was healed)..and by the end of the intense deep massage I was so pain free that I literally almost walked out the door with out my shoes! I told her every other massage has been a waste of money, a sham compared to her... my body goes from pain, tension, stiffness, tangled nerves and muscles to harmony! I went for a massage since I get them through my insurance. The receptionist said they were covered in network. I got a bill later and it turns out they were not only not in network but they didn't send the insurance the correct code so I was stuck with a bill I shouldn't have had. I will never go back here as they either lied to get my business or are so inept that they cannot get their information straight. read more

I love my chiropractor. However, it does me no good when there's zero appointments available. I'm supposed to be getting therapy, but it will be 3 months before I get to go back because there's no appointments. Getting put on a cancelation call back is useless. I've been a patient over a year and they've never ever called. I'm in pain and disappointed. read more

I've been here several times for massages and chiropractics. The chiropractor I see is Dr. Kevin Lusk and he was very professional and friendly made my family and I feel right at home. Everything is nice and clean and the people at the front desk are very nice too. the massages are excellent I've had mine done by Joni. I would definitely recommend this place in the future your initial visit for chiropractics is $75 with an evaluation and your future visits for chiropractics $35 each. I had a massage today by Jen and it totally made my day! She is absolutely amazing. I am very hard to please when it comes to massages and she is a 10/10. I didn't have to tell her to go harder or softer, she was quiet (which I love), she didn't hurt me, and services were professional and reasonably priced. The music was soft and appropriate, and I enjoyed the oils she used. I even made a follow up appointment. Thank you Jen and thank you Riverwoods. I love this place. Every time I come in my back feels better. I come because I get massive migraines a lot and getting my neck and back adjusted really helps. I come about every 6 months. They will also provide you with tips and stretches if you ask :) my copay is $20 for my insurance but I'm sure they are all different. read more

After years of battling Lni and having come so far to continually be denied on a framework that was built by design from the department and administered by supervisors, and escalations departments; I came to Longview wa. Beautiful place and people, with some long ties in history to segregation and socially evident in todays hardships times. The last thing I wanted was to be treated differently as a minority and someone who was having to navigate through the manipulation process that Lni will put you through. Along with the mishandling of information as a process to slow you down or confuse you to the point of exhaustion. I am still having to fight for my healthcare and benefits that I was owed long before I came to see Dr. West. As a provider I had chosen and had asked for he had been there help heal and educate me on what is going on with my injury and it's effects on the body. up until this time he was the only provider besides 1 massage therapist that took time to do their job and thoroughly at that. Even when it was time to leave the area upon request he stayed on to make sure I had a fighting chance to appeal the fraudulent IME that ultimately shut my claim down and did so even with how busy his schedule was. This is a how a health care provider should conduct their business and themselves to a practice that demands honesty clarity and precision. I really wanted to give this place a 5 because hands down dr west is the best chiropractor I have been to ever and I have been all over, like world wide all over!! But his staff is less than stellar when it comes to lets say couth..there's a certain shall we say.. Niceness you should convey. A almost family like feel and the doctor absolutely always does that for me and my family..but for the life of me I don't get why he has the complete opposite staff..the doc started out in humble beginnings and the new staff doesn't seem to understand how far he has made it..they just convey the almost privilege and pompous attitude of how his success is now!!.. I really like going there but the almost we are to good for anyone that walks through the door unless your wearing gucci vibe ..got me rethinking my loyalty pass!! I really hope he can reign in his reception staff.. the massage therapist are awesome and again Dr west ..like phenomenal!! Harold is very good at his job, my wife stops in there whenever she is having trouble with her back and Harold always makes it better.
