Ryan conducted a computer assisted exam that helped pinpoint not only the point of pain I was there to treat, but other areas in my body where I was compensating and creating other imbalances. We developed a plan of care together to help me understand the problem and the solutions and with a few more treatments I regained normal range of pain free movement. He answered his cell phone mid-appointment and decided it would be an appropriate time to talk about the weather and have a full on conversation on his cell phone while ignoring his patient. He then had a strange man who was in no way affiliated with his practice come into the office while he had a patient on the table and had a personal conversation about their plans later with him. This "doctor" didn't even do an adjustment! He just held a massager on his patient. It was ridiculous. I would NOT recommend this unprofessional quack to anyone! I question his license credibility.. I don't understand how someone could be so terrible at their job and be so unprofessional. A child could run a better practice.
