He appears to have issues with his credit card processor, which he needs to address. For personal reasons he is not in the shop much and has not delegated his authority to deal with matters such as this. This could have been avoided if he had and there was better communication from him. We discussed this and I believe appropriate changes will be made. He is a nice man, going through some difficult times and I wish him the best.
