There are two separate central displays and the rest of the books are on the wall all around the shop. This makes it very easy to get around if you have a buggy or are disabled. There are a range of discount books on every topic imaginable, from childrens books to cookery books to biographies, fiction and much more. Prices are competitive, with books often sold as being damaged (even though you would find it difficult to find something wrong with them). The stock does regularly change, so if I see something I like then I tend to buy it then and there as it might not be there next time i'm in town. Parking is either in the town centre which is fine, but can be a bit difficult carrying heavy books to one of the surrounding car parks.

It also stocks childrens key stage work books and has a good collection of CDs and DVDs. There is also a good range of magazines and the statunary department offers a good selection. The post office is very busy as it is the main one in the town.
