We rented Riviera's party-bus for a bachelorette party this past weekend & I couldn't be happier. Frank was readily available when planning and extremely flexible as we changed plans a couple nights before & even asked for additional stops/changes during the evening. We even went over time and he didn't charge extra. The party bus was a blast & sooo much better than a low limo. We connected our phone by bluetooth and sang and some even danced all the way to our destination. The party bus was also spotless and well-sanitized. It was an amazing night to remember & as the host coordinating the party, going with Riviera's party bus was big hit/ no -brainer!! Highly recommend to anyone who is considering a limo. read more

Riviera Limo did an excellent job shuttling my bridal party to and from my ceremony at Rutherfurd Hall in Hackettstown, NJ. The driver was very prompt and the Mercedes Limo Bus that we chose was sparkling clean and stocked with water bottles. There was a Bluetooth hook up as well which was great to play some tunes on our drive. Our driver helped all of us into and out of the bus and even was aware of the traffic in town and took an alternative route to avoid it. Mistakes happen, I understand. But when you are providing services for special occasions, mistakes change the trajectory and tone of the whole day. Bottom line: the limo was a no-show. We were celebrating my mother's 65th birthday in June with a trip into NYC to see a Broadway show that she picked out. The big surprise gift was that we were going to be traveling by limousine. But this turned out to be a total bust as we waited around for the limo. And waited. And waited. And then, after several frantic calls to the company, finally had to shoehorn into the family car to get to the city in time for the show. Our reservation was placed a month ahead of time. The initial confirmation email contained incorrect info, and a call was made immediately to correct it. Then an additional phone call was made to the company the day before the event to once again confirm the correct details. Despite BOTH of these checks, the reservation was botched, leaving us scrambling and stressed out when we should have been celebrating. We will certainly NOT be using this company again. read more

Riviera Limousine is one of the true 5 star businesses in the Northern NJ wedding area. The owner, Frank, often is one of the drivers. He is well known by the venues in the area. Riviera was not only perfect and clean and punctual, they are very competitively priced and have a nice variety of vehicles. I know they are on the approved list at Perona Farms ... and they've definitely earned it. If you're arranging an event and would like to have one vender that is easy and straightforward and reasonable.... this is the right business for your transportation needs. (And Frank was more than happy to send me his proof of insurance.... if you hire a company that is lacking those papers, you could be endangering your guests and yourself if anything goes wrong on the road.... there's enough worry about wedding surprises.. .. choose an honest, insured transportation provider and remove the risks from this portion of your event). read more

Cannot day enough good things about Frank! Everything was perfect on our wedding day. He followed my itinerary to the T. He helped out with boutonnières, coordinating me walking into the church, and my dress for the pictures. When we got to the park he put stoppers on my heels so it wouldn't sink into the ground. Riviera Limo Service is an amazing car service. We have used limo.com for a few years and the service has declined terribly and wanted to try another Limo service, as we travel at least twice a year. We live in the Hackettstown area and I pass Riviera (which is now located on Route 46 westbound). Their display of beautiful limos on their property is spectacular. My son just got married and we wanted to surprise him and his new bride with a limo to take them to JFK to head to Greece for their honeymoon. I e-mailed Riviera for an estimate and promptly received a reply....not only the estimate, but a break-down of where every dollar goes. Impressive to say the least. I called the office a couple of days later to book with them. Such a personal touch they give you. Answered all of my questions with such courtesy. I was very impressed. The beautiful sedan pulled up to my sons home yesterday with Carmine as the driver. What a great personality. He got my son and his wife to JFK in plenty of time and made the ride so enjoyable with the kids. Riviera Limo Service in Hackettstown will be my FOREVER ...GO TO.....limo service. A huge save! We had a very big 50th birthday party for my sister, and we planned to have a limo surprise. Well.... the one and really only snowstorm on NJ just happened to be on the same day! Frank totally saved the night and came through with his own personal SUV as the other rides would have been too dangerous with the weather we had.
