Our daughter Jessica got married February 15, 2014, the weather was horrific it went from rain to sleet to a mini blizzard. John who is the owner of action limos and Bill were AMAZING!!! Of course true to our nature we were all running late getting ready there was the bride, 9 bridesmaids, and us the parents. :-) John and Bill were so patient. They got the girls into the most beautiful white party bus one by one using huge golf umbrellas as it was pouring. John was driving the Austin Princess Rolls Royce we rented as a surprise for our daughter. It is a once in a lifetime event and I highly recommend this car, you truly feel like a princess in this! John and Bill's skillful driving through rain, sleet and snow got us to the church safely, but the amazing service did not end there. They individually walked every one of us into the church keeping us sheltered from the snow. Once in the back of the church John went from limo driver to wedding attendant! He helped calm our nerves attended to our daughters dress, when the aisle runner started to roll back up lol John somehow grabbed a rug and secured it back down. He helped send everyone down the aisle and make sure we looked great doing so. On the ride up Which was over an hour away we talked with John and he kept us calm and entertained. During one our conversations our daughter realized she forgot to arrange transportation to JFK airport for their honeymoon Monday, literally with in 5 minutes John took care of that for her. I have never encountered a limo driver/owner who cares so much. All I can say is despite the weather and us running late John really helped to make our daughters wedding day perfect!!! Our experience with Action limo was exceptional from beginning to end, adding peace of mind on our wedding day. We were comforted when the pristine white mega stretch (14 person) limo arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Our thanks to Danny who, as our driver, couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating and helpful. I was really impressed by how much he cared about us- while he patiently waited as we took pictures at my parents' home, he genuinely asked me (on the side) if I was ok and reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. Just his demeanor helped me feel a whole lot less nervous. We arrived at the church precisely on time and as the ceremony started, he even took the time to adjust my train just before I walked down the aisle! Afterwards, he had a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us on the church steps where we were toasted as the new "Mr and Mrs". We cannot thank Danny enough for such fabulous service!! On our way to the park for pictures, we and bridal party (12 in all) enjoyed champagne in the limo in total comfort as we were transported to our final destination, the reception, in elegance. I have used Action Limousine from Garwood, NJ for the last 10 years. John the owner is always available by phone 24/7 no matter what and is very passionate when it comes to his company. His cars arrive clean inside and out and his drivers are professional and very knowledgeable. They always help me and my wife getting in and out of the car. We first met with John through a recommendation about a year ago. He met with us at a time that was convenient for us and showed us all around his show room and answered all our questions and concerns. John is very personable, patient and easy to talk to. We ended up talking with him for over an hour and booked him for our wedding right then and there! He is very thorough and takes care of all his limos. We booked the Navigator and Rolls Royce. On the day of our wedding, December 12, 2015 John was extra early and waited patiently for us. As I (the bride) came outside he had music playing! It was great! Once we were at the church, John helped me walk inside and with anything else I needed. After the church ceremony, John was waiting outside for us with Champagne and a red carpet! We felt like royalty! We had a nice romantic ride in the Rolls Royce while driving to our venue, Shadowbrook. John also gave us photo ideas using the Rolls Royce. The bridal party had a great ride in the navigator. We absolutely loved Action Limousine and are already planning to book the Rolls Royce for our one year wedding anniversary. My 25th birthday was coming up and I used Action Limousine to transport me and my friends from my house to the Colorado Cafe and I couldn't have picked any one better! Action Limousine did a phenomenal job! From the initial meeting to the night of the event. Carmen was our driver for the night and she was great! For 9:00pm she was full of energy and seemed excited for us! The limo was very clean and completely stocked with water and ice and we provided our drinks. We stayed until about 1am and she was there when we walked out of the Colorado Cafe. When we got inside our limo there was a complimentary bottle of champagne which was not expected all! That was a nice touch to end the evening. I had a party of 8 and after a night of drinks and dancing we were hungry and we knew we weren't going to have time to go to a diner and Carmen was great to suggest something else. From my first phone call with John, the owner, he was wonderful. Our reception was at The Grand Summit Hotel, in Summit, where the boys were getting ready, my home is in Mountainside where the girls were, and our church is in Westfield. John thought of a plan where we only had to use 1 vehicle for our whole party, while shuttling back and forth between homes and church. While many other companies would have tried to sell me another vehicle, John was honest and fair, and that's all that really matters! Ray picked everyone up EARLY on our day! Church was at 4 and my Dad and I rolled up at 3:45! Ray was a pleasure. He picked up my dress as I walked into church and was very willing to be of help. After our ceremony we took pictures on the lawn. Ray was there with our photographer and videographer, cracking jokes, all while being very professional, and making us laugh. I was recommended to Action Limo by my wedding DJ. After the first time I spoke with John, I immediately booked him for my wedding! He was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive to all of my emails. We had multiple back and forth conversations over a few months span, as I had questions about different limo options, and John never hesitated to answer all of my questions. The week of my wedding, John gave me a call to confirm all of the details, let me know who my driver would be, etc. The day of my wedding, the driver showed up early with a wonderful attitude that helped keep me calm. This was the best limo service we chose for our wedding! The first time I called I spoke with John and immediately I knew this was the limo company to book. John was so caring, personable and just wonderful to work with! He knew every place that we had set for that day our church, our reception and our houses on where to be picked up. The day of our wedding he even helped me with my big dress into the limo and out of the limo and was so helpful to my parents when they drove with me in the Rolls Royce. The limos we booked were phenomenal - The 1960 Rolls Royce (we couldn't find a better Rolls Royce than what John had - it was perfect!!) and we also used The Lincoln Navigator stretch for the bridal party. Billy was our driver and he did a fantastic job as soon as we got out of the church he had a towel for me to wipe my sweat off my head lol and water for the wife to make sure she was hydrated. John and his drivers were amazing. From day one he was responsive and accommodating. On our wedding day we had 4 vehicles going to and from multiple locations and they were all on time helping make the day seamless. What really set the bar high was the attention to detail and service. They helped carry my veil and train, made sure everything was sitting properly in the car so I didn't get wrinkles or stuck on anything and even went so far as to wait in the back of the church with us with a fan and water until I walked down the aisle. I was due to get married 8/18/18 but unfortunately my fiancé was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer 4/12/17 and passed away 7/23/17.. I contacted John to let him know of what happened. John was very compassionate and felt it was the right thing to do and gave me back our money. He in addition to some other vendors truly showed that there are still some very nice people out here.
