I asked to have both serviced and a few days later heard back that Face ID couldn't be fixed. I came to pick it up when it was ready and as I was checking my phone it shut off randomly. I paid the 800 but was still unsure everything was functioning properly. I asked them what happens if it doesn't work and they told me there is no guarantee for water damaged phones. I opened my translator app to ask follow up questions since they don't speak English and in the middle of the conversation my phone restarted again. The lady took my phone to one of the guys and I waited for another hour to sort things out. I was told that the phone keeps restarting because the Face ID isn't working and that they need to fix that which is another 700. At that point I just wanted to take the phone back and write it off as broken so I would just have to pay the 50 mxn service fee but they insisted that I had to pay the 800 even if it was IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION THAT I BROUGHT IT IN. After 2 stressful hours I decided to let them try to fix it and they asked for my password which made me uncomfortable for obvious reasons. I was told to come the following week and when I arrived they told me it wasn't ready. I asked them when I can come again and they said they would message the contact number of my friend. The next day they responded that it was ready for pick up at 5pm. I get there at 5:30 and after waiting for half an hour they tell me that my phone is not here/ ready and that I'd have to wait another hour. I was extremely frustrated for them WASTING MY TIME and telling me my phone is ready for pick up when it's not even there!!! It takes me 20 minutes to get there so it's not like I can just pop in anytime and see if it might be ready. Stay away from this place--it's not worth the hassle

Apparently the screen isn't even the problem but they didn't tell me until the day it's supposed to be ready. Then he wanted me to pay for the screen and something else! I bring my phone and tell the desk lady that my screen went black randomly while on a call, I could still hear it and the alarms would go off until it died. I told her I plugged it in and it showed a lightening bolt charge sign but that was it. There was a crack in the screen as well but from weeks prior. So the guy replaces the screen and 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick it up, 8 Days after dropping it off, tells me that it isn't charging and it will be more to fix it.. Not to mention they tell me one price and then 2 weeks later when I came back they try to charge $1000 pesos more for the same service. Said they would honor the price since I had it in writing. When I went to recieve my phone back, the man was the RUDEST and most sarcastic man I have encountered. He would not listen to what I was trying to explain and would respond with some rude remark. I raised my voice feeling offended and he started SCREAMING at the top of his lungs and then started screaming in another language. I was scared so I screamed back, demanded my phone back and waited. He put back the cracked screen and I left. The phone definitely looks worse than when I left it and now I'm worried he messed it up more. Seems like a huge liar and a psychopath.
