Riz was fantastic!! In scheduling, I had some urgent work to be done so he was kind enough to accommodate that on short notice. He requested details on the items he would be working on and came prepared not only with the right tools, but also having read information online on assembling the items. Rizwan was great from start to finish. Actually he impressed me by being thoughtful even before he started by anticipating that I might need help with carrying the boxes with the furniture he would be building and offering to help. I hate to ask people for help but by him offering I didn't feel like too much of a nuisance. He went out of his way to ensure that he covered all bases of the project. He did it all neatly and efficiently without even taking the water I offered him! He was polite and made putting together a standing desk and chair look like a cinch. Now that I know he also specializes in bike repairs, I'll reach out to him when it comes time to put my bicycle together (since I had to take it apart so it could fit in my car.) There are not enough stars to rate Riz's work. I live out of state and needed reliable handyman services in NJ. Remotely, Riz and I worked very efficiently together to accomplish this work to my satisfaction. First, I was impressed with Riz's honesty about what he could and could not do. Contrary to many handymen who say yes to everything and then do a sloppy job at half of the work, Riz only offered to do what he was good at. Riz planned and thought of all details ahead of me, catching some of my blind spots. He kept diligent notes, followed through promptly, took before/after photos, and even helped me identify problems that I had not known of myself. He installed light fixtures, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and fixed broken drawers. I felt the work was in dependable hands all through the process.
