What's frustrating is that they have no problem increasing fees every year, but when it comes to actually maintaining the community, they disappear. Snow removal and safety are basic responsibilities, not extras. Residents are paying more and getting less. Poor management, lack of accountability, and no concern for resident safety. As for me, I missed my daughter's graduation ceremony as the police hauled me away when I showed them the house. Without an actionable step to prove I was "a danger" to my ex husband, the 302 was not even legal. But then again, who cares about that in North Fayette when child predator Anthony Saveikis's local magistrate sign still hangs (county ordinance violation), so no one can quite tell just who the local judge was who signed that last order.
