I popped in Monday afternoon, explained the issue with my jacket zipper. Joel gave me a few options: wait here, I can fix it in 5 minutes, unless more people walk in; or leave it and I'll send you a text when it's ready. I waited. We chatted. Wife & doggies showed up.
