Do not come here unless Elon Musk himself has decided to pick up the tab for you. I am about to spend $40 on three loads of laundry! Machines are very nice and quite large in size and industrial looking. Using a "5 load" an "8 load" and a "10 load" sizing machine. Prices were $8, $14 and $17 respectively and they could have been higher depending on other options to select. No quarters you have to pay a dollar for a card that you load with money. Drying seems cheap though as the dryers are huge and cost $1-$2 for 20-25 mins. The people that own this place are either rife with greed or I have ALOT to learn about the costs behind establishing and up keeping a laundromat of this quality. All-in-all to frequent this place would put you well on the way to affording your own washer and dryer at home. read more

One of the most expensive washers I've ever seen. We just moved from California where it's in A perpetual water drought yet their washers over there cost two dollars for the large capacity washers here at this place it's 399 for the small load and 550 for the large I don't know who's in charge of it but they're robbing people. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Gross, unkept, EXPENSIVE!!! $7 for a SMALL washer. It's dirty. $99 for a medium sized dryer and it stoped within 5 minutes. So I asked how long it's supposed to run & they said 40 minutes and tried to grab my money card bc you have to use a money card w credits to pay for everything & they wanted to charge ge me again and I said no I'm not paying again if it didn't even run the full 40 minutes to begin w. There's a language barrier & they literally don't care at all here. Poorly ran. Im used to going to a very clean, greta serviced, friendly CHEAP place in NC where this lady had huge washer & dryers for only $2 for large loads and again it was CLEAN. No weird money cards. Also half the place seems to be out of order. They probably get away w ripping ppl off bc they are open late. If you can avoid this place pls do! read more

So many issues coming here today. First the "exchange machine" took my $20 bill and gave me ONE $5 back. Got help and then they were able to give me the reminding $15 it owed me in ones. Go to my washer and then the machines doesn't work so I move my clothes and the next one works. Clothes done I go to the dryer and the dryer gives an error message and won't start. I pick up all my wet clothes out of that dryer and then move it and that next dryer doesn't work... no signs indicating they don't work. So I move then again and that dryer works thankfully. I go find an employee to try and get a refund on my card if $6.33 because after all of these problems why would I want to use this facility again? She says she can not refund that much money. ?? I ask for the manager/owner and he comes over and tells me the same thing. Poor business model. Terrible rules. Tons of broken down machines. I do not recommend this facility. read more

I have been a customer for over a year with very little complaints. I went in to wash and had the most horrible experience. I was drying my clothes and the laundry attendant informs me that i got to go that she is closing at 10:45. My comforter wasn't dry so I kept folding. I observed 2 guys come in and the attendant telling them in rapid spanish that they needed to wait around because there maybe a problem. WOW, all I wanted to do is dry my clothes its now 10:40 and she comes again very forceful "You got to go now. I'm leaving at 10:45. I started gathering my stuff. My husband was mad to say the least and we ended up leaving a entire dryer of sheets and towels. I went back the next morning and was told nothing was there. So I lost all my sheets and towels. I am not rich and that was a huge loss for me. read more

Worst customer service! Wish I could give this less than one star. I washed a load of cold-wash only clothing only to discover after that the machine had run hot water despite being set to cold. I was annoyed but figured it was just an unfortunate accident. When I tried to let the attendant know that the machine was not working properly I was ignored at first. It was only after another customer got her attention that she came over. I let her know about the issue and that she may want to put a sign on the machine so nobody else has any issue. This is when she informs me that the machine is apparently broken and always runs hot water! There was no sign on the machine warning customers of this! Now upset, I explained that several of my items (over a $100 worth of clothing) had shrunk due to the hot water which I was not informed of. (This was apparent just looking at them) Her only response was to roll her eyes and tell me my clothes didn't shrink. What the heck??? When I left they still had not put up a sign. I wouldn't be upset if they hadn't been aware of the issue but they knew and made no effort to warm their customers. That is just plain irresponsible! I used to like this place but I don't think I could ever wash my clothes here again! I can't afford to have their negligence ruin anymore of my wardrobe. read more

What do you do when your washer floods at 11 PM? Clean it up and hit the laundromat the next day! This one is convenient. Debit/credit cards accepted in increments of $10 to add to a card used in all machines. Wash prices vary, and dryers are 24 cents per cycle. They have varying sizes of washer, and it is pretty self explanatory. Clean, easy and relatively quick except for drying ALL the wet towels you own from cleaning your washer's meltdown! We have made 3 trips to this laundromat in as many weeks, as our washing machine has been broken and waiting on parts. Today we had a most unpleasant experience. We loaded 7 machines, large ones, then added our detergent, etc. and loaded our card to start washing. One washer, a giant one with towels would not accept our payment card. We contacted the female attendant and asked for assistance, she informed us that the washer in question would re-set in 40 minutes and we'd just have to wait. There was no sign or any indication of any problem. We removed our towels to another machine, but lost our detergent, etc. the next thing that happened, we had moved all of our clothes to dryers except for two. I went to get the jeans out of one of them and there was a digital code that said SLE and BUSY and the machine was stopped and locked. I could not remove my clothes to put them in the dryer. I again contacted the female attendant and she came and tried to re-set the machine but was unable to. There was a repairmen on site and he came over and started lecturing me about waiting until the machine said end on it. I told him the error message was on the machine when I walked up, he got it open but continued to lecture me. We started all of our machines within moments of one another, but we had one that continued to wash for at least 10 minutes more after it showed one minute left. I was standing in front of the machine waiting and the repairmen again came by and told Meto wait until it said END. At that point I was a bit more than frustrated and again told him I had not touched the other washer, but I walked away from the machine that was still running. We were by now getting things out of dryers and the machine with the sheets in it was still running. This time my husbandsasked for assistance and both the attendant and the repairmen were extremely rude to him., but finally decided the machine was not going to spin and told him to move the sheets to another machine to spin. It was at that point that the attendant and the repairmen walked away and began to speak in very vulgar terms about my husband and I in Spanish. Guess what, we both understand Spanish. We will spread the word of our treatment far and wide. We have spent over $100 in this facility recently and do not appreciate the faulty equipment or the extremely rude service. read more
