Damy and Tanner did a fantastic job. The repair was handled professionally and efficiently, start to finish. Great communication for both the initial diagnosis and subsequent repair, and they arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window - in my experience, a rarity with any service company these days. They would…read morenot install the dishwasher because I use a whole house turn off and not the turn off under the sink because our hard water freezes it up every time.. so they refuse to install a dishwasher. I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher. As far as I'm concerned, this company is trash.! if you have to use them because of your warrnty, I'm sorry that's the reason I got stuck with this. Sorry ass company..
