Found Michael thru Yelp and since he was local I called and asked him for a quote on new…read moreboiler/heating system as ours was leaking a little bit. He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. I've attached a photo of his work. Disregard the flooring as that where the old equipment was.

Problem: My 2nd floor AC was running non-stop, air was weak and didn't feel cold enough. I enquired via Yelp and Craig responded right away, he suggested what it could be and turned out he was actually spot on. He happened to be in the area and showed up within 1hr (more like 30mins). As soon as Craig got here, he basically hit the road running. Started the diagnosis and fix the problem right away. Before he left he checked my freon level (which was quite low) and suggested I could use some freon and sealant. This all makes sense cause over last 2 years our AC has become less and less cold. He also let me know my AC warranty should be for 5yrs and I will definitely contact the manufacture for the previous issues other AC engineer had fixed in the past, hopefully can get some reimbursement. Craig is very professional, honest and doesn't over charge. I will definitely call him for all my AC service and issue going forward. Am passing his info to my neighbors.

Leaving my family with no AC. I had to pay Add'tl $7k later involving another company. Now, 2nd issue. Confirmed when the hvac installed another company said system is NOT aligned with original airduct, resulting in leakage. I have called beyond numerous times and no call back. This issue, there is no doubt, it's their work for improperly installing it. I'm disgusted Rob Norton will not return a call. I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! What's right is right. And for the record, my first time writing a bad review, as that's how bad they handled this issue.
