He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. I've attached a photo of his work. Disregard the flooring as that where the old equipment was.

Problem: My 2nd floor AC was running non-stop, air was weak and didn't feel cold enough. I enquired via Yelp and Craig responded right away, he suggested what it could be and turned out he was actually spot on. He happened to be in the area and showed up within 1hr (more like 30mins). As soon as Craig got here, he basically hit the road running. Started the diagnosis and fix the problem right away. Before he left he checked my freon level (which was quite low) and suggested I could use some freon and sealant. This all makes sense cause over last 2 years our AC has become less and less cold. He also let me know my AC warranty should be for 5yrs and I will definitely contact the manufacture for the previous issues other AC engineer had fixed in the past, hopefully can get some reimbursement. I dealt with this a lot when building my home or making improvements over the last 4 years. I'm very happy to say Air Doctor is a breath of fresh air!! (no pun intended) They came to my house ON TIME for the initial estimate on a Friday morning and were on time again Monday to do the install. It's a humidifier so it's never going to be a work of art but the install was very clean. They went beyond even what I would consider my insanely high standards to do an install to hide almost every single wire or seam you could imagine. Heck it even took them less time to do the job then they told me and nicely cleaned up the area when they were done. If you need to find a good heating/air company or simply can't stand your current one don't hesitate to contact these guys. I will happily call them in the future for any other needs I will have.
