I had the worst luck in the world in Feb 2024 when someone in my neighborhood backed out of their driveway right into my car. Upon impact my airbag deployed right into to my chest and face, such a frightening experience. My daughter drove me to the hospital where they determined my sternum was fractured. Not a good thing for anyone, but being 74 would mean a longer recovery. After spending 24hrs in the hospital, I went home and found out the other driver claimed it was my fault. Thankfully my daughter remembered contacting a lawyer she found on Yelp and although they determined based on her accident she would probably get the same result not using his law firm, she suggested I give them a call. Although the other driver originally denied responsibility my team at RMD LAW, Michael and Ariana worked really hard for me and they finally excepted liability and after much due diligence by my POC Ariana was able to settle my case in 6 months for more than I could have expected even though the guy that hit me had only basic liability along with my "Underinsured Motorist Coverage". All of the fees were explained at the very beginning so there were no surprises. I got into an accident where I got hit by a car while riding an electric scooter in Koreatown in LA. Pretty traumatizing experience with some head and dental complications. It is with great pleasure that I write about my experience with John Rajaee. My daughter was driving one of four cars hit by an uninsured motorist. The crash caused her pre-existing disease to flare and her car was totaled. Our family lacked experience with car accident injuries, so we relied heavily on our insurance company to guide us.
