Communication was a little wonky and it felt like the times someone did call to give me an update it was always someone different. They did however win the case for the full policy amount. I was a little disappointed that I ended up netting about 37% of the settlement after legal fees and medical liens for treatment. I questioned the charges on the medical expenses but was told that was as low as they could negotiate with the providers. overall it was still a good experience. read more
