I wanted to be involved in choosing pieces myself, but have someone I could trust to advise me on whether things would actually work in our space, and Natalia has been perfect for that. My husband is also very picky, but he has been genuinely impressed with her advice and with how our place has come together. He only mount TVs and furniture or repair it when I first located him he said he could do work so I asked him how much did he charged for the work? he gave me his price and then he told me that he request more than half as a down payment before he begins to work. I asked him why, and he said because he needed to get the materials. for $200 out of Home Depot.. Home Depot is probably 10 minutes away from the location/unit. He was only coming for breaking down the concrete. I called his phone and I also have text message- I told him that I am not comfortable giving him $700 as a down payment before he arrives to the residence. He told me that everybody paid him early so he would like for me to give him the money before he get to the residence. After speaking with him on the phone about how I felt he said OK just send me the money. I'm at Home Depot and once I buy the materials I'll be back at your residence that was at 12:15 at 1 o'clock. I called and ask where he was at 2 o'clock. I called again. I sent four text messages for him to reply to say he took a lunch. I asked about coming back to the residence and where was he because I wanted to meet him at the house. He said he wasn't coming back until I made the deposit to him for the Concrete work it is not like he can do the Concrete and not get paid for it He don't have to start if the deposit is not there. I asked him to give me my money back. I no longer wanted his service because it was unprofessional and tasteless. I could give him the deposit when he arrived to the unit before he started to work is the same thing I prefer not to send a Zelle payment to someone not knowing where they are or when they will arrive. He basically sent me a text message back and said his wife created a contract and the contract said there is no cancellations for the payment so he basically he went to lunch on my $200 because he took lunch after he left my house when he was supposed to be on his way to Home Depot. he got to the unit at 11:30 AM this is the worst company ever I think the reviews are from friends. This is the worst experience I've ever had and yes, I think he ran off with my $200. How do you stick me to a contract that you did not require me to sign, but choose to hold me to the contract and not give my$200 back when you told me clearly when you left Home Depot you meet me at my unit.
