There aren't enough good things that I can say about RMK party rentals. The original company we rented our jumper from fell thru at the last minute and when I last minute I mean day before. I called RMK in an absolute panic at 4:40pm the day before my daughters party and left a voicemail thinking, oh well I'll take the shot in the dark. I got a call back within the hour by the sweetest woman. She was so kind and accommodating and had no reason to go above and beyond for me wanting to rent something less than 24 hours before drop off but she did. They also give 10% for military as well as 10% if you refer a friend. Marie is so nice and polite. I'm not one to have conversation on the phone so they also do text message and email as well. Marie sent my info at a timely manner when she said she would. I do have a suggest. When we click on a bounce castle we like, possibly have the list price for generator and destination price underneath the price of the bounce castles. $110 is the price for the medium bounce castle but that doesn't include generator and possible destination price. I just want to say these guys have great customer service and their prices are very competitive. There is only a handful of companies that are legit and this is one of them. As I looked for a place to provide chairs and table etc they were one of the few that didn't try to charge me some ridiculous overtop delivery fee. There was places which tried to charge me over 150$+ for delivery on top of their rentals and a 3% charge to use a credit card! Please do your research. I rented a bouncy house from this company for a house party. I live in Ewa, and this was the most affordable one in the area. All my contact was through email and and it was very professional. I just needed a small bouncy and I wasn't sure if it would fit in a certain space that I had in mind since the area has a slight slope to it. I was able to send pictures of the said area and they said that it should be ok. They told me that the rental is good for 8 hours. Since the bouncy was at a friends house, we didn't need it for that long, just 4 hours. The only reason that I took off 1 star was when they first got there and started inflating it. It didn't seem like they went in and cleaned this particular bouncy prior to deflating it and packing it up. I say this because there was a bunch of debris inside the bouncy (several pieces of gum wrapper and candy wrappers) left in there. The guy went in to pick up the debris and also to spray it with some kind of solution to clean it up. It would of been nice that they did that beforehand, but because it was just wrappers I overlooked that. They were very prompt upon pickup. We had the bouncy from 4-10 I believe? So it was already pretty dark. They just pack up and go, this was when I realized that they don't really do a look over so that explained the wrappers. Other than that, I would recommend this company to anyone interested in very affordable bouncy houses in the leeward area. read more
