I scheduled a consultation with Preet to discuss microblading and other more permanent options, and added on a tinting session to walk out with something tangible. I had to go to the Tosa location to see her, which was a hike. She mentioned that she might start adding hours on the East side, which would be great, as she is the only one who performs the advanced services. The shop is pretty spare, but Preet explained all the safety techniques she uses to ensure a hygienic experience. She was friendly, thorough and unrushed. We talked procedures, colors, etc. I may pull the trigger eventually, but this is not a cheap service. I did get a tint done and my first threading. It went well. She didn't have the color I wanted for the "permanent" eyebrows, but I did walk out with more definition, a pleasing shape and a good overall feeling.

I typically get my brows done at Exquisite Threading which is across the street from Mayfair Mall but because it was last minute and Exquisite Threading was closing, I decided to stop in the mall to get my eyebrows done. During my eyebrow shaping, the lady offered to tint my eyebrows. She stated that the tint would last for 2 weeks which has never happened whenever I have gotten my eyebrows tinted in the past. She also offered the service of darkening my eyebrows but I decided against it. I think that if she was a little bit more friendly or courteous I probably would have purchased one of the services or maybe both, but because of her attitude I decided not to purchase any of those services. I get lash lifts and tints, and she knows how to make my natural lash curl beautifully without it looking like too much. I have naturally long lashes but they don't curl at all, and when I wear mascara they hit my glasses and get them dirty! But with a lift I get a natural curl and don't have to worry about it.
