Totally disappointed with this company and would not recommend any of my friends, family or anyone looking for a quality installation with a hope of follow up if there are problems. I spent over 5000.00 for internet, satellite, and was sold a cell booster which I was told would provide increased cell reception throughout my home. It did not work. I was told they were having problems with the hardware and would get back to me to rectify the problem. That was 2 years ago. I called because I was having problems with my remote and my phone call was not returned. After waiting for 2 weeks I called bell. They informed me they do not support the additions to the system and continued by saying their system should not have been installed in my furnace room as it causes interference with their equipment. I called rms back again. Waited for over a week and called again. I was told unless I paid a hundred dollars plus travel James the owner for a visit would not call me, he is too busy starting a new business and does not have time to return a call. I called ottos in oldsm who referred me to an independent installer. This gentleman answered my question and the problem has been resolved. Nice while taking your money, then you are of no value if there is a problem with what hey have installed. Totally disappointing. read more
