Started by spending 10+ minutes on the phone (my choice) to talk to someone to figure out the process and steps needed to be taken. Got what I needed to be done real quick online and then made my way here to finish the process. 10:30am Monday morning I figured it would busy and I was correct. Stood behind someone line who had bad body odor, so please do yourself a solid and clean up before you come. Line was all the way to the door, maybe took 25 minutes to get to the counter and another 3 minutes to cancel the plates. Overall I was pleased with the service and my experience. The security guard and lady directing people where to go could have been more pleasant when I walked out after thanking them and wishing them a good day.

I love this registry for the speed and the fact that most of the people here are fabulous. I also found out a few weeks ago that I had been over paying for this trailer because it was listed at the incorrect weight. I thought I'd have to go through all kinds of hoops to get it fixed. Website says drop off registrations have a faster turn around and as this was closest to my location, I dropped off the needed forms on Friday. A week goes by and I hear NOTHING back. I called, was on hold for an hour and then told to email them. I emailed them, they requested my info, sent it over and then heard nothing back. Now a week and a half has gone by. Called again. Hold for two hours. Told to go to the location. Once there I was told I missed a form and that they tried to call me the same day as drop off (checked call log and had no missed calls from them, also they had my email on my file but didn't inform me at all of a missing form). Brought back the needed form. Waited another two days and finally got a confirmation, only to be told on arrival that I need to bring in ANOTHER FORM (which the email I received does not mention). A WASTE OF TIME. I understand infrastructure is struggling with the pandemic but we're a year in. While the RMV seemed outdated before, this is just a disgrace.

For starters I checked the DMV's website to see what the wait time was before heading into the establishment. This is something I recommend for everyone. The site said 4 minutes by the time I arrived the wait was 15 minutes. Not to shabby! I know folks that have waited hours at this particular RMV. When I arrived despite all the snow, the lot was cleared down to the pavement and I easily found a spot to park. When you get into the building make sure you go to the checkin window to get your ticket. Otherwise, you'll be waiting forever, and nobody got time for that! The interior of the building was clean and there were many benches to sit and wait. Once my number was called I went to the booth and delt with a very pleasant young women. I was able to pay for my license renewal with my CC. However, if your registering a car make sure you have cash on had to pay for the taxes CC is not accepted for this type of transaction. It only took me a few minutes to get everything taken care of IE: new picture for my license, vision test, payment, etc. Don't forget to check the website for the wait time before you drive there, it's a must!
