I would avoid using this company…read more I am writing this review as I have given NWR multiple chances to come back to me on technical issues I have been experiencing and they never do. I have had no end of issues getting everything from correct invoices, installation documentation and technical support. I am so disappointed as I recommended several people their way after the initial work was done but they treat customers poorly and have questionable approaches to things. I have emails saved and a full trail of all communications sent (dates/times etc) from the very start of my dealings with NWR so my review here on this site should be no surprise at this point.

Not a nice company new battery fitted about 2 years ago and still not working properly calls to…read moreoffice and nothing gets passed on tryed for the last 4 weeks and still waiting for a call from engineer.
