I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on! DO NOT LET TOM SCHILLING IN YOUR HOUSE, he stole three credit cards and 15 blank checks out three of our bank accounts. I did not know who stole my credit cards. I called Allco since I thought Tom was still an employee. Tom Schilling was FIRED for theft from the owner. The owner said Tom Schilling is approaching previous customers and saying he is checking the windows, he ask to use the restroom and then stills checks and or credit cards. The owner agreed to make us whole for the deposit if we have windows done. It is sad that a business has to suffer because of a dishonest X employee.

Seeing as this company doesn't exist, as far as I can tell, I guess I'll be replacing my windows again sometime. Tom contacted me about replacing a door at my house at the end of last year, and at the number he quoted, I agreed to it and paid a $500 deposit. Since then, I've heard numerous excuses about being ill or the door being broken, etc., and I still have not been able to get a refund of my deposit. I believe this company is a complete scam in 2018. Do not use them.

I had been looking for a siding company for a while and was relieved to find a company that came highly recommended from a friend. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. I have since found out that in addition to windows and siding, they have crews who can do any kind of construction work, and we plan to have them back to help us with the other projects on our house, including new windows, in the future. I would trust them with any job at this point, and I don't think anyone else can beat their prices. I recommend them to anyone looking at any construction job. They are fair, honest, skilled, and pay great attention to detail.

The ones that did replied (some well known named companies) wanted an armed an a leg and only for 6 windows. But all those became irrelevant once we started working with True Value World window and siding. The owner was out there day one answering questions explaining all about the windows and giving us our quote. Profesional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing blew the others out of the water! He presented us with options and we decided on the platinum windows which we are in love with. True Value World were extra quick to order the windows. We signed the contract for work, payed the down payment, they handle the city permit and within 2 weeks we were ready for install .. which took 1 day for 14 windows! They stand behind their work and commit to addressing all if any issues! The windows look amazing and with the lifetime warranty I feel sure of the decision to buy. So much so that I am now planning on changing what windows remain to full update the home! 5 of 5 stars would recommend!
