I emailed the top manager, Keith, twice and never received any response from him. He passed my problems to the installation manager, Ashley. I had windows installed at the end of May. There were some minor issues, so in July, a technician came out to fix them. One window was missing channel trim. It doesn't seem like that would be major but apparently it was. They came out 3 times with the wrong part. I was told it needed to be ordered but it never was. I was the one who ALWAYS reached out. They would've brought the wrong part AGAIN had I not corrected Ashley. It baffles me that this company is still in business. I do love my windows, but I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend this company. It's just not worth it.
