I've known this agent for over 10 years, and unfortunately, this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. You truly get to know someone's professionalism when you need their support--and in this case, it was severely lacking. I've been requesting a Replacement Cost Estimate (RCE) for several days. The agent repeatedly promised to send it "in 10 minutes," but four days have passed and I've received nothing. When I contacted the insurance company directly, they confirmed that it is the agent's responsibility to provide the RCE. This level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could give negative stars.
