Worst customer service!! Paid $150 broker fee which means they represent me not the insurance company. My policy cancelled and no call from my broker. Called and left messages for a supervisor because my agent was no longer there and never got a callback. Had to contact insurance company directly to get assistance with my policy. The worst insurance broker in town. They have employees who would make mistakes an not own up to it. Their rates are very high and not competitive at all. They will give wrong information about your policy, saying you are not qualified for this and that but when you go to other insurance company..all of a sudden you qualified.
