I have limited time to do these things and was just put in this truck which wasn't safe because steel belts were showing and really needed them to come through but was not taken care of.

Turns out that a big nail had punctured a tire. Had they identified the problem correctly, the tire could have been saved. Vehicle was scheduled for my regular mechanic the next day. Regular mechanic stated one tire had 40PSI when all that was required by the manufacturer was 22 psi front and 23 psi back. Since this was an AWD vehicle in which all four tires require the same amount of tread and be set at the required psi, this could have damaged the AWD transmission with their blunder of service. Used to be a regular customer but not any longer. Poor attention to detail and sloppy work.

We are now approaching 3pm in the afternoon, and the only message so far he has received was that the car was checked in. The car has yet to be taken back for service. I understand businesses are still short-handed. But you need to keep in mind that people expect efficient and timely service, and not to sit all day waiting. Treat every customer like a secret shopper, and put your best foot forward every single time. Update: At 2:54pm, the service finally started. My husband got the message that the service had begun. So now we wait more to see if we can get out of here in short order. Can we get out before 4:00 pm? Stay tuned... Update: 3:46 pm. Hubby got called to the checkout, and the cashier said the car should be coming out soon. So he paid and we are awaiting the car now at 349 the car was brought around. Then it was off to lupper and home. So overall, it's not a bad experience, but it is not a great one either. There is definitely room for improvement. But there is always next time.

They honored the repaid, took care of it and had it ready the next day. They did not charge us as it was an issue with the work done at the Coweta shop. We will come here from now on. Great customer service and they fixed everything that the Coweta shop was to repair and put the drive shaft back on as well. Thank you for taking such good care of our Jeep!
