Avoid this business. I stopped here because my tire pressure light came on. They seemed uninterested in helping (like I was a nuisance), spent two seconds looking at my tires and sent me on my way saying there was no problem. Turns out that a big nail had punctured a tire. Had they identified the problem correctly, the tire could have been saved. I ended up (later) at a different business where the actual problem was discovered and fixed. Discount Tire (the company) needs to cut ties with these guys. read more

Took AWD vehicle in for tire rotation and air pressure check on all four tires. While driving vehicle home, noticed car pulling hard to the left. Vehicle was scheduled for my regular mechanic the next day. Regular mechanic stated one tire had 40PSI when all that was required by the manufacturer was 22 psi front and 23 psi back. Since this was an AWD vehicle in which all four tires require the same amount of tread and be set at the required psi, this could have damaged the AWD transmission with their blunder of service. Used to be a regular customer but not any longer. Poor attention to detail and sloppy work. read more

My front left tire had a slow leak. I went to store on 32nd street. I told them it was my front right tire, my mistake. However they proceeded to "repair" the tire that was giving me no problems and charged me $12.00. They told me the valve core was bad. I realized after I left, and noticed the pressure was still low in my front left tire, that I mistakenly told them I was having trouble with the right tire instead of the left. I went back and let them know all though I gave them the wrong information, they should have realized after checking the right tire that nothing was wrong and should have told me that instead of charging me $12.00 to work on a tire that was not leaking air. They told me to bring the car back into the bay but they completely missed my point. The were not very friendly from the beginning and acted very put out. I won't ever return to this store read more

If I could give negative Stars I would most manipulative untrustworthy group of individuals who work at discount tire. I took my car to them yesterday and they told me that it would be Saturday before they can get to it to look at. I just left there today I was going to pick it up and take it somewhere else and they told me that they need $20 before they would return my keys. RIDICULOUS! read more

Spent $900 for new tires, car was fine before they got it, had a terrible shake once they put the tires on, I returned 3 times to get it fixed, they couldn't, rebalanced the tires 3 times then suggested it was a bad axle. They got rude with both my husband and myself, despite messing up my car so badly I couldn't drive it for a month! We finally took it to Tulsa to a reputable tire store, tires were totally miss weighted, they rebalanced and aligned the tires, no more problems. Run, don't walk away from these yahoos.. as a family we have 4 cars, obviously we won't be returning and will share our experience. read more
