It's winter time and my tire was already severely low so I limped my car over to Speedway and Destiny and April went out of their way during a busy day to assist me with getting my tire refilled. But I drove to Beloit because the gas at Gene's was $4.80!!! It's $5.50 or more around Roscoe/Rockford, IL. The pumps are older, as is the whole facility, old-fashioned, genuinely quaint. You can't use your credit card in the pump. And they do prefer cash. Go to Gene's. Keep this small town, family business going. And enjoy filling your tank, even though the prices are still awful. At Gene's they are less awful.
