I was able to get a quote within a few days, substantially less than other companies quoted, and I was impressed with images of their previous work. They were punctual, polite, very careful of our property (fences 100% undamaged! VERY careful when removing my grape vines from the trees to be taken down), did not try to convince me to cut anything extra and in fact recommended I leave one of the hackberry trunks as well as a big deformed limb. I was worried, Mr. Lowderman reassured me that they were safe to leave! Even our dogs thought the guys were great! I was even given some free advice on managing some saplings; what I should remove and when I should do that. I had an appointment for an estimate some time in November. The lady I spoke with on the phone…read morementioned that the estimator did not need anyone home to do the estimate, that they would just email it over once they finished. My wife was about to head to work at the appointment time, the estimator ended up talking to my wife like she was an idiot, and he was making comments about how he did not know why he was even at the house. He had access to the property and all the areas I wanted checked out. He ended up leaving without starting the job. I later called to explain that the estimator did not do his job and how he treated my wife. Then, a few weeks later in December, a different person came to do the estimate. It is now February and I haven't received an estimate. I had two people out to my house, one treat my wife poorly, and both failed to send the estimate to me. I'm sure this company may do great work but this was not the service I would expect
