The Sunday before he was to start, we were supposed to meet for key and deposit exchange. He cancelled. The Monday he was supposed to start, we didn't meet until I got out of work at 4PM. Tuesday, he finally started painting. Wednesday he did not work, claiming he was at the E/R with his child all night. At this point I realized it was just him working, not a crew. He told me that he has to let one of his worker's go due to sexual harassment. Matt returned to work on Thursday. At this point, I noticed he was using my kitchen sink and bathtub to clean up. He was also using my trash can and my extension cord. Each day after he left, the house was a complete disaster. He did not paint one room at a time. So my entire home was a mess. I started to put pressure on him and then he showed up with another worker on Saturday and Sunday. The job was not 'finished' until the next Tuesday.
