I was even given a free carwash for moving my new car to them! they even took off my old dealers key ring off my keys and put one of theres on incase my keys were lost it might be returned there. its the little things that add up and these guys have the right attitude when it comes to customer service. thank you mawson lakes mazda for breaking up the mazda monopoly in the northern suburbs.

I popped in to see Karen from Stillwell Ford and was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained to Karen what I was looking for and she showed me to the Ford Territory. I had a breif look as I was in a rush and she gave me some information and I left. Karen told me that I could Loan the car over night so a few days later I returned to loan the car over night. A few forms later and I drove off in a car. It was so helpful and non stressful to be able to do this as it gave my wife and I ample time to get a feel for the car. We made a decision to go with another brand purely based on what we needed in a vehicle and this didnt suit our needs. However Karen was so extremely helpful that I would recommend popping in to see her if you are in the Market for a new Ford.
