We paid 50% up front and it took a few weeks to custom fabricate each set of shutters. Installation was quick and professional. About a year and a half later we had the rest of the windows done. The original quote was only supposed to be good for one year but they honored it anyway. We are extremely happy with the quality and price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
