We were told our delivery would happen LAST Wednesday. My boyfriend took the day off work so that he could be here because someone over 18 must be present at time of delivery. No show. We called and were told they "lost" our ticket. Our new delivery date we were told was then Friday. I stayed home all day. NO SHOW. Monday... NO SHOW!!!! So I called Tuesday and was told we would be put on the "emergency delivery" schedule. She could not tell me what day or time frame the delivery would take place, but we had to wait for an automated call the night before or a text message from them the day of delivery. Wednesday night our water pipes froze. A week of this absolute insanity. We can't heat our home or have hot water. Just got off the phone with the girl who I could barley understand to be told wait 24 hours while the automated system said our delivery was scheduled for today. It's end of business and guess what. NO SHOW. This company is a joke. Use local companies for your propane because if you use Amerigas you will regret it.

Wow. First, we love…read morevisiting libraries, especially in rich ski towns. They are free, warm, quiet, and have books, puzzles, games, free bathrooms, and sometimes programs and storytimes. We've been to many around the country during snow storms or just to visit. Today was a beautiful day and my kids and I walked from the ski village to the downtown Ketchum area, had pizza, did some shopping, and walked over here. They have this great room for kids to chill and read and we were the only ones in there. What a lovely place filled with free books you can read!

Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.

I did one of those slow motion "NOoooo"s and lunged but I was too slow. Just dumb, why did I put that there? So This morning - on a (Monday mind you) I called A Steady Flow at 9:42 AM. They returned my call one hour later and it is now 11:44 AM and they have showed up with smiles on their faces, unclogged my toilet and driven away leaving everything clean. Stellar! So call A Steady and I hope your issue gets fixed as quickly as mine did. Sigh, some days we win some (installing the gas line), some days we flush some. (money down the toilet, $110 because they replaced the wax ring and $20 for new mascara.)

We had other contractors also doing work. He was able to coordinate his work with the other trades. He was able to coordinate our fixtures with a local supplier, even to the point of helping us with a device that was broken in shipment. If I ever have need for a plumber, I'm calling Master Plumbing and asking for Jim. I will wait a bit, if possible, so he can do the repair. I would and will recommend Jim to all of my friends and anyone who needs a plumber.

I could not reccomend LP propane. Buyer beware!…read more LP refused to honor the agreement I had with MOC propane whom LP had purchased. Upon selling my house MOC agreed to store my propane tank and the credit me for propane in the tank (800-900 gal) until we built our new house. When called MOC to request the tank and the propane we found MOC was now LP Propane. LP located my tank, but we were told they could not help us with propane - it was my problem. We contacted LP repeatedly seeking a fair way for both parties to resolve the problem of the propane credit. But with no success. I can only surmise LP thought we were crooks trying to cheat them out of propane. My wife was very disheartened on how she was treated. We have terminated our relationship with LP and now purchase from another company.

This winter, 1st time in 20yrs, my tank called for filling and WITHOUT notification I was skipped and I completely ran out of propane. They responded at 10pm when I called but got stuck just attempting to turn into my driveway. I'm 70+ and cleared the drive the next day at 6am due to being told delivery would be 1st thing. I drove out of my driveway to Lp in Blackfoot to show it was passable and returned home. Wind was blowing and the county graded the road thus depositing snow once again in front of my drive and Lp at 11am, result stuck at entryway to my drive. Coordination within this company and equipment for this environment is lacking. Once again you have people acting like their doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. If I had been notified of a problem I would have corrected it and I would not be out of propane
