Customer service here is horrible…read more This place is absolutely horrible. Came in for an inspection, failed. Had to fix exhaust & tires. I went and had that taken care of. Came back 2 hours later, dropped off my documents and sat down. There was a different man behind the counter, that asked me if I had the tires taken are of, and I said yes. 10 minutes later, someone comes back and says I need a new headlight for 19$. I said that would be fine. Upon checking out, the guy is ringing me up for tires. I said sorry man, I got my tires done somewhere else. This guy, then gets super angry. Runs away, and blurts out. "This is now becoming an issue" Well, I'm sorry sir, maybe if you PAYED ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS you would know what needs to get done. On top of it all, if you made a mistake, the proper customer service response is, I'm sorry Sir, I'll get that fixed for you right away. Now I am sitting here waiting for my tires to get put back on, and it seams like out of spite no one is even touching my car. Never coming here, or recommending this place to anyone.

Diagnosed the problem immediately (a bubble in the tire!! go figure, I was SO SCARED and AAA offered pricey options) offered various brands/cost for tire sales, allowed me to shop while waiting, and SAFELY drove 200+ miles on a FIXED NEW TIRE. No major problem, just my tire. Maybe they've had customer service training, because I literally cried tears of happiness. Clean facility. Plastic dividers for social distancing. I was so happy, I purchased a needed spare when mentioned. Better pricing than towing - an entire fix!! $58-$120 a tire ...so grateful again to this place. They, Wally World/WalMart, should look into extending the hours and offering the staff Bonu$e$ for 'good service' - they deserve it :) I'm a real person and no one asked me to write this nor was I paid, just so grateful for this tire fix, I got home!!
