Waist of time went there for brakes got them fix had to go back like 4 to 5 time still squeaking they time me to come back the 5 time they would change them got there didn't change them test drove my car and charged me $10 never going back and there stuff is over priced read more

We went ahead I have a car service for road trip. The service was good and they pretty much kept with our appointment time. We didn't have any issues with the maintenance that was performed on the car and the cost was fair for what we need it done, which was a basic will change and tire rotation. The manager was honest about the wait times. read more

I'll never waste my time at Firestone again. Total ripoff. I brought my car in to have my driver's side window fixed, which sporadically works and gets stuck. The manager tells me "It's probably the windows regulator. We'll do a care package on you along with checking the window." 20 minutes later, the manager comes over and says "You're window is working fine." I repeated to him "I told you it works sporadically. That means sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You said it could be the regulator." Then he looks at me funny, as if he didn't say it. Then he proceeds to charge me for a "car care package" where no work was done to fix the problem at all. Firestone offers nowhere near the service it used to. I strongly DO NOT recommend. read more

In my opinion, I would avoid this establishment at all costs. My minivan was running rough and I stopped in. I was informed that the #4 cylinder was misfiring due to a bad ignition coil. I was quoted: $120.99 for the coil $639.13 for replacing 6 spark plugs $ 34.34 shop supplies $ 55.62 tax $850.08 total The van has 77,000 miles on the odometer. I was informed that due to the fact that the plug wasn't firing, it was fouled. When I asked them to change the coil and only the #4 spark plug, I was told, "We cannot do that - it's Firestone policy to "fix it right or not fix it at all." I told them that the plugs were 2 years old. Why would I need the other 5 spark plugs changed? The service guy went on to state it's the same thing if someone came in for a brake job and refused new rotors - we can't do the repair that way. Last Sunday i was driving down to SC from Northern Virginia on I-95 and had the tread separate from one of my tires. Luckily i was mere exits from this Firestone location and i was able to call them while on the side of the road to make sure they were open (they were!) and if they had a tire for my car (they did!). After getting the spare on, i limped down to the store where they replaced the tire and even looked at all the other tires to make sure they were ok. They got me back on the road quickly and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend and sending them a big THANK YOU! read more

After racing to New Jersey for our brothers final moments, we were heading back home to Florida when disaster struck and the dashboard of our car lit up. We needed to find somewhere that could repair Toyotas immediately. We pulled off the next exit and there like a beacon of hope was Firestone. This drastic turn of events had me hysterical as we were dashing to get back to Florida that very night, but store manager Michael Metcalf and Manager of Vehicle Services William Martin were my guardian angels. They took our vehicle right away for diagnostics and found a bad battery, however they checked everything, including our alternator and were honest, helpful, reasonably priced and fair. They made sure we were safe for the remainder of our journey. The whole process took less than an hour and we were able to continue on. After such a devastating week, these men were our knights in shining armor. read more

This is my second review for bad alignment on my car! I returned to have car re-fixed. They did give me my money back for 3 waisted hours but when I left the car was still pulling to the right!! Insane prices. Charged me twice what I normally pay for an oil change and inspection.

We were driving south on 95 towing our boat. Our SUV broke down and we just made it to Chris and the team at Firestone. It was Friday at 1pm. They diagnosed our problem (broken 1/2 axel) got the part and fixed it in 4 hours. We were back on the road by 5pm. They also suggested a place for lunch and could not have been nicer. We were on a road trip when we pulled off I-95 for a quick gas break, only for our vehicle to start smoking and cut off once we pulled up to the gas station. We had the vehicle taken to Firestone Complete Auto directly down the street and, to our delight, we were back on the road within an hour of the issue arising. We got there this morning before 7am which is opening time as we had a screw in our tire, and were driving to Florida after stopping for the night. We were first in line and a person with an appointment arrived shortly after. We were told to wait and maybe we could be slotted in the schedule. An hour later my husband asked for an update, and was told by the rude manager, that it could be an hour or 7hours, and if we were not happy to look on Google and go elsewhere! ( which we did! Folks at Mr. Tire 1.7 miles away are amazing!) also I did make an appointment online for 11am with Firestone, after not getting anywhere with just waiting, and 10 minutes later my appointment bounced back (at 8am!). That when we left and went to Mr. Tire. Do yourself a favor and stay from Firestone complete auto care.... we received no care at all. read more

Asked them for advice - they stopped what they were doing and walked the few blocks to my car with me. Took care of me wonderfully. Added all the coupons they could. My truck broke down while traveling to Maryland from Florida. I have no clue about mechanics and called my husband. We had the truck there and John was wellcoming and very professional (everyone in the site was) He took the time to talk to my husband, explained what the problem. They had the truck ready to go in less than 24 hours. Being stranded somewhere you do not know anyway can be stressful, however John and everyone there was so patient, courteous and professional that there was maverick any stress.
