I called and asked where they all went (I saw them loading them into trucks on Ring video) and the rep said they were all broken, they were not. They also broke a few tiles on the garage, but repaired them. I have had a couple issues with the panels since, and they have been responsive, although it may take a few days. Overall, a pretty good solar company.
