not very good. could have been much better. Very expensive. I had an engine bill over $3k and I could have been treated better.

I had been communicating with Nikki for at least two weeks about a vehicle. I tried texting her with no response, I tried calling the dealership and couldn't get through with anyone. I was finally able to reach Nikki to tell her I was driving two hours to see a vehicle and she told me that they would get the car ready, the minute I got to the dealership she said that the car had sold, so instead of calling me, texting me, or emailing me to tell me that the car had just sold I just drove two hours for nothing!!! Terrible customer service!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from them or Nikki!!! read more

If zero was an option, they would get it. The service department is terrible. They had my vehicle for a week doing some recall work and looking into some noises I was hearing. I had no problem with that as there were parts that had to be ordered. I was informed that my Lincoln was ready to pick up. I went over the invoice with one of the service advisors, and left. I made it a mile away when I noticed my gas gauge was almost empty. I dropped it off with a reset trip odometer and a mostly full tank of gas. I checked the incomming mileage on the invoice which was correct and then noted that they put 170 miles on my vehicle! They also left the AWD in the wrong setting which can damage the drivetrain. I was livid! I called immediately as I was running late for another appointment. This was 5:45 in the afternoon on Thursday. After a very one sided conversation with a different service advisor, I was told they would check into it and get back to me. At 3:30 the following day I still had received no call, so I called them. Again a different person said they were aware and had "talked" to the tech. He said they would reimburse me for the fuel. I asked for an estimate of the "additional repairs" they noted, gave them my email and phone again and waited. A week went by and again.....nothing. I scheduled an oil change for my other vehicle ( because it was a free one) and went in. They screwed up the oil change but that's another review. I asked for the estimate and gave them the $50 gas receipt . The estimate was for the parts at wholesale price and full labor. The parts discount was for the "issue". The estimate was almost $1900. Heres the bottom line: No explanation for the miles driven. No apology for anything. No contact with a service manager. No contact with an owner. They gave me $15 in cash for fuel. They are a terrible service department and probably more. I am filing a complaint with the State of Georgia, The Better Business Bureau, and I have several friend who are high up in Ford Corporate in Michigan. I owned an auto repair shop for almost 30 years in Michigan before I retired and moved to south Georgia. If one of my techs had done anything like that, they would have been fired on the spot. I strongly urge you to consider another dealership to use other than this one! read more

I can't even afford to give at least one star because the repair service at Robbie Roberson Ford in Waycross, Georgia is "EXTREMELY SLOUCHY." They REALLY need to get-it-together & treat ALL customers & their vehicles with respect. They LIE too. I would not recommend them to anyone for a purchase & DEFINITELY not for repair service. read more

I was going into great detail about my experience but no one would like to read a novel on yelp. I'm just simply going to agree with Alisha about the audacity of a particular salesperson and how rudely I was treated. I admit that I lost my cool and caused a bit of a scene but only because it continued and the person was lying straight through their teeth. Multiple times about the same issue. I simply wanted an apology for the way I was treated and lied to but I guess they would rather get a bad review and loose a customer. Sure Jerry your Lynn Wooten didn't call me with attitude and hang up on me either about this vehicle? That's what I said was bad business, your salesman calling me being rude before getting my side of the story. Yes the car was in my care and it was safe. And there wasn't a key in it either. That's one of the lies I was talking about. And you just put at least one more in there. Sheer kindness LOL!!!!! Maybe it because of the 2016 f150. Extremely upset. Drove 4.5 hours to see the 2011 Toyota Tacoma. WHAT A JOKE. I knew there were cosmetic issues, but I still went because Lyn told me that he was "confident" there weren't any other issues with the car. I didn't really care for the small scratches I had seen in pictures since it was a used car. Got to the dealership, the first thing he said to my husband was "You can buy the lights for $75 each and just replace them". The headlights were both cracked! He didn't seem to mention that when we were discussing the truck for over a week. Test drove the car.. Why would you even think it's okay to let someone drive 4.5 hours when your truck starts shaking at 60 MPH. Got to his office, sat down with him and told him that there were too many cosmetic issues and the car was SHAKING, but he refused to lower the price of the car. Extremely upsetting. I would not recommend anyone going here. All four reviews are 1 star for a reason. read more

Poor customer service! Took my Navigator in for an oil change and tire rotation. While speaking with the first service advisor about other questions I had about my vehicle, he walked away before I was finished. Second service advisor was friendly. Picked up vehicle, and paperwork showed that the tires were rotated, when in fact they were not! Makes me wonder if the oil was even changed! Had them adjust the paperwork showing that the tires in fact were not rotated as original papers showed. read more

My husband and I visited here Tuesday after receiving their sales flyer in the mail and were very disappointed by the end of everything! My husband was straight up from the beginning about our situation and explained to them very clearly we weren't looking to buy a car right away, we were more interested in prices of different cars. Low and behold we were sucked into their sales pitch and ended up spending two hours there talking with two different salesman. The first gentleman we liked but after haggling with some financing companies a different salesman came in. He assured my husband that the deal was done that we agreed to and he would come back with the paperwork. When he returned he said the gentleman at the finance company wasn't answering that it would be the next morning before the paperwork could be finished. Before we left the dealership the man shook my husbands hand (signaling that they reached a deal) then went further to guarantee he would get my husband in the car we were wanting. That was fine but when morning came it was a totally different story! My husband was so upset I emailed the dealership to inform them that wasn't too good a business practice for the salesman. Then later in the day the salesman had the audacity to call my husband and say he never guaranteed anything (mind you I was right there when he said it!) then proceeded to call my husband a liar! HOW DARE YOU! My husband is a businessman himself he has no reason to lie when from the get go we told them we weren't serious about buying a car that day anyway. Shame on you Mr. Salesman you know who you are and you know what you did. Needless to say we'd rather drive to Halzehurst and buy a vehicle from Woody Folsom before EVER considering going back to Robbie Roberson all because of one salesman. Sorry Mr. Roberson!!! Mr. Roberson called my husband today and sincerely apologized. He also said he would be dealing with that particular salesman immediately. Thank you Mr. Roberson! read more

Great Dealership to do business with. I shopped recently for a F150 and I got my best deal at Robbie Roberson Ford. I priced Fords at the other " Local " dealerships but felt like my best deal was right here in Waycross. Park Hines, Sales Manager, made me feel right at home and gave me the best price I had gotten anywhere. I would definitely recommend buying from Robbie Roberson Ford. read more

The worst thing I have ever seen! I have done so much business with them and have took other people there and have sent everyone I know there! Then my truck has a major repair and it is half done. Cab not bolted down, wires not hooked up, where they test drove it so much run the tank to 14 miles to e. Then I picked it up twice still not fixed and they put used parts on my truck. So I go talk to the owner thinking he will help doesn't do anything says he will pay a $ 55 dollar tow bill that his people didn't hook something up right and my tuck had to be towed. And I hope they read this because I am getting a lawyer for the crap work they did to my truck I tried to talk to them and they think cutting $55 dollars is something. They have about 4 employees in service. I will tell everybody do not take your vehicle there they only care about them selfs my truck was in shop every other week and they want to blame it on my truck no misdiagnoses is my guess. And all the money I have spent. Please listen to me and don't get burned by a company that cares nothing about you just your wallet. read more
