How great is it that they get to perform live, in real entertainment venues!! I've had 3 kids in the program and they've all found a great network of friends with similar interest. I've participated as well in the Adult program for several seasons and it is AWESOME! So much fun! The instructors are so supportive. Its like a big, fun, rocking family. I would highly highly recommend School of Rock to anybody who wants to learn an instrument or dreams of becoming a rock star.

It took all my strength not to get up and start swing dancing in the aisles! Adrian is a small town, so I was completely expecting the sound to be the equivalent of a middle school band. But these guys were awesome! I closed my eyes a few times and I swear it was like listening to Glen Millers recordings. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of talent these guys had and feel they could rival any big city symphony. Afterward, I was talking with some people and they explained that Adrian is unique in that it's right in the middle of Toledo, Ann Arbor and Detroit, so they get a lot of very talented musicians that like to come and play for them. So that means you're seeing the performance quality of a major symphony, without the high ticket prices. What a treat! The ASO has concerts year round so seeing this orchestra perform is DEFINITELY worth the drive.

They assured me that even though FedEx dropped the ball (or in this case, the bass!) Sweetwater would replace my purchase. Sweetwater even called a few days after the delivery was finally made to make sure my bass had been delivered and was in good shape.
