This dental office was gracious enough to give us an appointment that same week on a Saturday, which was such a relief. What I thought might be simple cavities turned out to require two root canals. To make matters more stressful, I had forgotten that my son was no longer covered under my insurance -- so he had no insurance at all. Dental work without insurance can be extremely expensive, but the office never treated us any differently. They were kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped me complete an application with Cherry, a company that offers payment plans for medical and wellness services. Thank God I was approved, because it truly made all the difference. I was there all day, but the staff made sure I was comfortable, kept me updated on my son's progress, and clearly communicated when he would be finished. There truly are not enough good things I can say about this office. It means so much when people go the extra mile to make sure you're okay during a stressful situation. I called her office and Dr. Armour took me almost right away and temporarily fixed my problem. It has been almost 2 year since I started to see Dr. Nicole Armour. I had bottom and top new crowns done, wonderful job she does! I am very happy with ALL my new teeth, and they look natural. She really holds your hand thorough the treatments, being available 24/7!! including weekends; responding in a few minutes if you have a problem or concern. I had a problem with my gums and right away they gave me an appointment and fixed my problem. You are never faraway from her while receiving a treatment at her office. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Andrew Steinkeler to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted…read more I was worried, as my case was a bit complicated (I am 24 years old, which means the teeth are deeply rooted than when I was a teenager), plus my wisdom teeth were impacted. I reviewed the bios online and decided to go with Dr. Steinkeler. I visited him in all three offices: Fort Washington for the consultation, Warminster to do another xray and review the results, and Newtown to do the actual surgery. Dr. Steinkeler is sooo nice and truly cares about his patients. He eased all of my worries as best as he could and made sure to tell me everything that was going on before, during, and after the procedure. He made me feel really comfortable, and I am now four days post surgery and I have very minimal pain. I have told everyone my experience and no one I know has had it as easy as me. Recovery has been going smoothly (1000% better than I expected). I didn't have too much swelling, and he gave me extra numbness the day of surgery so that I wouldn't feel ANY discomfort the first day. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Steinkeler to anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth extracted.
