Not only did we invest our trust in Haley Hallee, but our money as well. With that said, we have had a very unfortunate situation occur that everyone should be aware of in case they're considering her services. We have received an incomplete, untouched gallery. After reaching out to Haley constantly she is not responding but most importantly not resolving the issue of our wedding gallery. We feel extremely uncomfortable to have to continuously reach out to seek rectitude for the lack of quality we received in our final wedding gallery. The current gallery consists of untouched formal family photos with closed eyes, multiple duplicates, and many missing moments from our day. I want to acknowledge that we are extremely understanding that life happens. We are parents to a toddler with another little one on the way. We mourned the loss of a grandparent shortly after the wedding. So, we know everyone has personal things going on. However, Haley was under contract to take photos and edit them in a professional manner that matches her portfolio displayed to the world and we received the opposite of that. Again, we have repeatedly reached out asking for reassurance or any communication for that matter that we will, in fact, receive the photos that tell the story of our wedding day. It was in our contract that we had 7 days to notify Haley of any concerns or requests after the initial portfolio upload and we did so within 3 days. Yet, our portfolio is still incomplete today. We can't get this day back, we can't get these memories back and all we are looking for is professionalism, and for Haley to make this right. Recently, her husband Mitchell Hallee took the liberty to add a handful of photos to our album with a different editing style without any acknowledgment of what we had requested. Her husband also mentioned a small refund to our account which only covers our gratuity and nothing of the actual cost of her service. This does not amount to the contracted job she was paid for and they do not have the banking information to make this refund and have made no effort to attain it. We hired Haley for this job therefore, we expect her to at least work with us. It is also important to note that we paid for there to be a second photographer which was not provided despite it being part of the contract. I am writing this to spread awareness of this incredibly unfortunate and disheartening situation. Over these past 6 months I have found a community who share the same experience. My heart goes out to all the brides that never received their special moments.

Since art is subjective I am reviewing more Chris and his service than the art: My wife and I had been walking by Chris's gallery for years and loved a piece called Morning Fog but never pulled the trigger on it. After closing on a place in Kennebunkport I knew it would be the perfect closing gift for the house and I went to Chris to discuss it. I was overwhelmed with the options and sizes available but Chris walked me through the whole process and placed the order. When the picture arrived he scheduled a time to come by the house and he installed it for us (it is quite large) for no additional fee. The service was just beyond anything I could have expected. I also just found out that he and his wife do wedding photography too. Since I'm already married I can't review that service but I can only imagine the amazing pictures he would come up with for a wedding. I would definitely hire him for any event I have in the future! I will also be purchasing more pieces from his gallery, I wish I had more wall space!
