Having these well executed documents in order saved the family additional stress and issues during the difficult time of his illness and eventual passing. Dealing with the financials during his incapacitation and the estate after his death were made much easier with the suite of documents Bob had set up. He even helped with the sale of my dad's home, including tenaciously fighting an erroneous lean that was showing up for my dad and preventing the home sale, due to a court clerical error; he cleared the matter up and we closed on the originally planned day.
