However, if there is the slightest snag in the case, or if a third-party family member becomes difficult, then he will NOT fight for you - you will be entirely on your own to do your own research, financials, probate, and prepare a case even if it goes before a judge. For me, he was woefully unprepared for the hearing and didn't ONCE speak up to defend my position, so the judge ended up ruling in favor of the opposition. Total waste of time. On the flip side, his staff is knowledgeable, professional, and will return phone calls or respond to emails in a timely manner.
