SUCCESS!! I live in Texas but had a rental property in North Ogden that I needed to sell. I did a quick Internet search and happened across Robert's info and I'm really glad I did. I listed in early March and had an offer within the first two weeks- which fell through - but had another offer 2 days later. So that's about the end of March and we closed today!!! Being fed up with California, my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to move someplace with better weather, fewer people and less expensive. We searched homes online and came up with about 15 homes to look at throughout Northern Utah. I started checking out realtors online and decided to go with Robert Bolar. Robert Bolar is a terrible real estate agent, don't use him unless you want to do everything yourself, including cleaning your new home before you move in!! He did absolutely nothing to make this transaction easy. He was unavailable and even though he received a very good commission, he did not clean the house and no welcome gift or a thank you note for using him. Very disappointing! LAZY!! read more

Hired Bolar to sell house. He failed to provide the weekly summary of showings, open houses that he agreed to. When he suggested need for some repairs to my home, which had been a rental and I was living out of state, he suggested a specific handyman. The handyman turned out to be a friend who was not licensed to be a contractor or handyman and who didn't do the work agreed to, so Bolar clearly doesn't know relevant requirements about homes. Delayed sale by at least a month. Bolar's price suggestion was way off final sales price so he doesn't seem to know local market. he failed to collect all keys to house from last tenant as directed, didn't notify me, until handyman managed to lock a door Bolar had not gotten key back for. Caused potential buyer to miss showing. read more

Robert Bolar has sold two homes for me. He is an outstanding realtor. He recently sold a condo for me. There were several issues that had to be dealt with through the home owners' association. He handled all of those issues for me. We were being charged a lot from the power company. He called them and figured out why we were being charged so much. He had the for sale sign up just a few days after we asked him to sell the home and then had his photographer come out within a day or two and take pictures of the property. He called me on a regular basis to update me on how many people had been shown our condo and what their feedback was on our home. He is pleasant, kind, patient and never makes you feel like you are bothering him. He welcomes your calls and questions. He is great and I will definitely use him again in the future! read more
