The loan is an RD loan and yes RD is running behind. However, if the mortgage company would submit the correct paperwork then it would not have been returned 4 times. It's been a frustrating long drawn out process and the last time it had to be resubmitted was because the interest rate had change. Well, of course it had.....why didn't colonial mortgage catch that the last time they resubmitted it? Loan officer is Jeff Evans. I would recommend turning the other way and finding another mortgage company. They are a disgrace and if you ask several realtors and title companies in the area they will tell you the same!
