Larry & Gay Vandevoir walked us through each step carefully, as we were living in California at the time. We found our house plans and then Larry did some major architectural drawings, adding on 4ft, the entire depth of the house. This changed the entire roof line. Larry has a fantastic crew and they were respectful when I was present on the job. Gay helped us find appliances, stone, hardwood, rugs, countertops, roofing and even helped me decorate and find furnishings. Our adjuster was nice enough to come by personally to let us know we needed to reschedule. So Craig was off the hook, even though he wouldn't have been at our home anyway. The 2nd time, he read my text wrong concerning our insurance adjuster appointment, and Craig was unable to make it to town to meet our adjuster. When I said we were going to go with another roofing company, he rudely said, "Fine! Go with another company then!"
